  1. Soup? You sure she is not intending on cooking that dog? That is how I ate some, in a soup. Now please don't take offense. Besides, it was the best meat I ever tasted. They didn't tell me until after I ate it. First trip, 2000. I was given a lot of strange things..........as a test.
  2. Dog be GOOOoooood eatin. Will you invite me over for the soup? Man an opportunity like that to cook a dog, MMMM mmmm.
  3. Was she actually given a blue colored paper?
  4. A male and a female who intend to marry are fianc and fiance, bit I honestly couldn't tell you which is which, or where the little accent mark goes.. Sign the letter as from yourself, and have your fianc do the same thing- that should be enough to identify which is which Looking it up in the dictionary, the man is the fianc; the woman is the fiance. They are French words - don't worry about it. We tend to use fianc for either. one more question about the explanation of meeting in person. is it only my boyfriend who will write this or both of us need to write and sign? I believe Randy is recommending you each write your own letter. It is what I would do. Each sign your own letter, but I don't know about signing the other persons letter. My theory is if you have doubt, do more, rather than less. It is the American way
  5. Thanks, Doug. Your well-written guide has been extremely helpful to us, especially the part with your screenshot of the CCP further explanation form. Perhaps it will save us time that we gave them the form today, rather than having to CITIC it to them. I was really happy when I saw that your spouse and child were approved. My spouse's job is attorney (for a company, not the government). Perhaps that had something to do with it, as well. Thanks but Randy had a good letter guide I took advice from. What kind of company or technology is at that company? Was their plenty of evidence of relationship? I forget if you posted the interview questions and mood of the officer, & etc.
  6. Sorry for this bad news. What was their job?
  7. It must not have been much, as she never mentioned the money. My wife even had to go back for a booster after the initial shots. She had no yellow book on herself either, just her daughter.
  8. So if they copulate, but don't finish, does it count?
  9. Is this going in electronic or paper mail? I signed and dated everything, then scanned it into the computer and emailed it. Now on the original filling of I-130 I suppose I sent the original signed paper. But scans seem to be OK so, don't worry about how far away he is. If your mailing paper then just print his scan. In the USA blue ink is preferred by some governments, or companies. I would not worry about this. If concerned just scan in black & white or greyscale instead of color. Now maybe I'm wrong. Best to wait for an expert.
  10. So we can blow up their military and starve them to death at the same time. Cool.

It really pisses me off when, here again, a government is going after the cars in a strong way, but not the industries. We have technology to clean up industry. They just don't want to use it. It is a bunch of lip service in China, take it out on individual's cars, oh yea the cars are the problem,
  12. I stayed at a hotel just a scoash further than Yangs, but many little restaurants near Yangs. Isn't 7-11 on Huajiu Rd, not that I went? If you can't sleep there is place called Family Café or something, open 24 hours. It is very small but they have whole meals you can heat in a microwave and a place to sit and eat it. Wish I had mapped out the area better.
  13. Looks like a Taurus size, and I bet drivetrain. A real ugly Taurus at that. Some better concept car pics on the web here, but too lazy to post. One is a real retro look. The other just plain but elegant, I guess.
  14. Good deal Carl. That is really good it works for your community. Now if the Feds will just leave it up to local governments, but of course, I know that won't happen.
  15. YAAAAAAAAAAAAAA HOOOOOOOOO We stayed just a little closer. Good map though. I may put it in my thread. I like pics. http://i.imgur.com/b21Dw09.jpg
  16. Have you gone to this: http://www.ustraveldocs.com/cn/cn-niv-passporttrack.asp Then scroll down to the little window where you can type in the passport number? (Sorry I don't have a pic, but here)
  17. It will say all of this stuff on the visa. I was going to scan mine in for you, but can't find it now. Hmmmm.
  18. Yes, flying into Beijing looked so baron to me, but it was always winter. I like it down South though. Plenty of green in Jiangsu Province too.
  19. Wasn't some lady planting trees in the desert fairly effectively? I wish retired doctors and lawyers in the USA who own old farms, cleared many years ago, would replant. If your not going to use it.... besides the trees over time would renew the land for farming again, if needed.
  20. Yes Sir, we are both busy now getting ready. This kind of work IS a breather. Very relaxing. Thanks!
  21. Did they use an unsealed envelope, with the CGI cover page on the outside, and one also the inside with your documents? Does your status still say "Administrative Processing" or does it now say "Issued" ? Also what did & does the lower right hand box on the dashboard say?
  22. http://i60.tinypic.com/33tk0og.jpg Sit. Relax. Read a book, or 60. Sorry, I just found I had to put the wait out of my mind.
  23. I will agree with you Carl that Japan is a very clean good noble place now. I loved being there, except for the expense. Most are truly sorry, if they think about it at all. If not for my wife, when flying to China and changing planes in Japan, I would have just stayed in Japan. Best legs on earth. And men are treated well. It is modern and their cars have normal bumpers. Engineers are good and no one thinks of all that WWII crap. I simply told a true story about one man who fervently believes the way he does, and connected to the palace to this day. In his eyes I could see the murder some in the upper government must have felt during that era. It WAS an eye opener to me. I truly never expected that. A man like him would never apologize, but do it all again if he could. We have those types in the USA and every country I imagine. They are exceptions to the norm. I too have Japanese friends, and I get your point.
  24. Zheese, Doug! Why not just buy her a burqa? Just in a hurry at the time and slapped the blocks on in power point. I should have shown some other words interesting for those who are going through this later, but eh, it is OK. yeah, you bet, Doug! It's GREAT! Congrats again! Randy, we decided on the 19th I think for her return, from Shanghai. She is busy in a hurry to get things done, but will spend 2 weeks down South before she comes here. Lot of things to move around. I don't know if Y'all might cross paths while she is down there, but feel free to call her. I think she talks to your wife every now and then, or used to.
