Yes he sent me all the forms that will be needed for the interview, including the medical forms. There were no English forms for the medical. If they do show up somewhere down the line I am "sure ????" the staff at the medical facility can help.

My attorney sent to me the package 4 paperwork and I did not see anything there for the SO to fill out in English for the medical.

my wife sent her P3 to GUZ and included an EMS addressed envelope. It was not used. Hers was sent also on 6/27 and received it 7/5. Here is a response I received on inquiry about her P4 from GUZ. "The appointment packet (Packet 4) has been sent to your wife in the last week of June via EMS service. Please fax or mail us your fiancée's updated mailing address in Chinese characters, the zip code and her contact phone number if she has not received it until August. We will then resend the Packet 4 to her." Maybe email them and they will more than likely send you the same reply but they will be able to know you have not received.

2 copies of the Police Cert 2 copies of the Non-Marriage Cert 3 copies of the Birth Cert Did you get these items translated to English? I am not sure but think you will also need that.

Call them in the morning and explain the situation. They have helped me out a couple of times. Expediting stuff. I had my visa back last time in less than a week.

We were watching fireworks on webcam out my window together and she heard the knock on door and came back with the P4!!!!!! I was so happy!!!!! I told her fireworks was celebration for receiving the P4.

It arrived!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Guangzhou did not use my wife's envelope she sent in P3!!!!!

Because like I said, she wrote the number down before she mailed P3 back so she could track the return and it is not showing up in the tracking at all. UNLESS she wrote the number wrong. She should be calling me soon.

Well, today is day 8 when my wife wakes up. My only concern is she has checked the tracking number on the envelope she included and it is not showing. She wrote it down when she mailed package 3. I will see if DOS can enlighten me in the morning and if not will have to see what GUZ sends as a reply to my email.

I have plans on that also sent email to GUZ asking them. I guess I should also check my mail box!!!!!!!

I was informed by DOS that my wife's package 4 was mailed on the 27th. She still has not received it. She included in her returned package 3 a self addressed EMS envelope. How does GUZ normally mail the package 4? She has checked the EMS envelope number and there is no tracking information on her envelope. Could GUZ maybe have a contract to utilize a different service?

You might also want to check at your local Health Department to see if any of these are provided at no charge.

Gary you might want to check obituary for your step-father regarding any children he might have had. You might be lucky and even have listed a city or state they lived in at the time. Just a thought from my genealogy work. Mike

Reference the child I have the same problem have been told it is automatic. I didn't file an I-129F, only listed as a child of hers, for my wife's child but she is still scheduled for interview. I even sent Guangzhou an email. My attorney says automatic but the child just won't show up for interview. Questions might arrise but my wife is bringing letter from her daughter as well as the family member she will live with indicating the desire of the child to stay in China and the family is ok to take responsibility to care for her.

I wasn't on good terms either with mine. I wouldn't even know where the last is, except maybe in what city and state. If she still is there she probably isn't married and I live 3000 miles away. Opposite corners. What happens then?

I didn't fill out the forms for my I-129F or I-130 and don't know much about USCIS or DOS except what I have read here and on other web sites. Only reading the questionaire and knowing past experience in legal documentation of reports, etc and the FBI reporting method. The questionaire has no box to check, does not apply. The lead in statement to the check boxes simply states "Check all that apply". Who knows only time will tell what they want. Merely an opinion of mine, not legal advice. It could go either way in court should it ever get that far. One lawyer could argue ommission is hiding something and or writing something means you have something in your past. this is a question for attorney, USCIS, or DOS probably to get a straight forward answer, if possible.

My understanding as well and the USA does not really allow dual citizenship either allow they let some incidences slide as I have read on Government sites.
