Direct Consulate Filing

Forum dedicated to overseas filing of an I-130 petition for spouse and stepchildren, directly to USCIS field office located in Beijing or Guangzhou. Other topics may include Registration of a child born abroad, Domicile issues, and other related issues arising around moving back to the USA bringing immigrant family after living abroad.
