Refined??? Why do you call it refined???? My wife is VERY refined and she spits her waste food biproducts into a bowl at our table. What makes you think refined means your way of doing things?? I've spent about 2 1/2 total months in china--mostly in Zhanjiang with about 2 weeks in GZ. I have never been treated rudely while there. In fact, I found the people to be genuine and very friendly towards me as well as my SO.

As I understand it from others a couple of extra days won't matter. You could always send it in with the info you have and they will send an RFE. The vac supplement does not have to be sent in with the application. I didn't--no problem. there have been a few who were RFE's for it but most aren't.
