My X wife is applying for citizenship. The big problem is after we were separated she got arrested for prostitution and massage without a license. The charges got reduced to massage without a license, since then she passed the TX massage license and waiting for her license now. She is divorced and has a US born baby by her Chinese boyfriend. What kind of problems will she have to become citizen? We separated in 2014 and I filed my taxes with only me so she does not have a 2014 tax return. I am helping her with the paper work. Do I put my name as the preparing translator ?

We live in Southeast Texas and we will be in California so should we come back of the interview and for the ceremony?

My wife Li is ready to get her citizenship. We will be traveling working trade shows, so can we get the interview changed to a closer location when the time comes for the interview?

I sent Li a laptop in 2010 by the way of the USPS and it got lost. It was a 6 month process to get my money back from the insurance.

My wife's parent's home is being torn down next year and they have to buy a new home. Li's father is 63 and cannot get another loan. My wife said he is too old to get a loan. He has a 2nd home loan in another city for investment. They said Li can sign a guarantee and they can get the loan. Can these papers be emailed to her and be FedEx back?

I was looking for a good attorney to get a K-1 visa for my girl friend. I found this site in the search.. We just sent for her 10 year green card. From K-1 visa to 10 year green card I never needed a attorney. I learned every thing i needed on this site. So thanks for the help.

Thanks for the help. What is needed to extend her driver license that will expire when her 2 year green card expires?. How long will it take to get that paper? Her green card and drivers license will expire on August 17th.

How many pictures do we need to send in??

I am working on getting my wife her 10 year green card. (Affidavits sworn to or affirmed by at least two people who have known both of you since your conditional residence was granted and have personal knowledge of your marriage and relationship) <<< Does this have to be notorized? Do the letters need to be from friends or family?

Posted 23 March 2011 - 01:04 AMI have a friend that just got white paper for the 2nd time today. He went to the interview in China only for the 2nd interview. First time was for a K1 visa results white paper. after that He got married and filed for a K-3. He went to China for the 2nd interview and she got a White paper and was told the pictures they took were fake. I know they were not i was there for his first trip to meet his girl. I told him to go to this website for advise but he will not shy i guess only comes here to read the post. What does he do now. Why do i come here for him. He got a white paper the first interview so i found this website and got to overkill mode and got a pink paper because of his white paper . I thank everyone that help us again Any advise for my friend would be great he is it China now. I got the news only a few minutes ago I tried many times to get him to post his story about this. Well there is hope after a 2nd white paper he got Senator Lamar Alexander to contact Guangzhou and he got a interview with UCIS in Guangzhou the next day and they told him they need a wavor paper and after about 4 months the visia was approved. The wavor paper was needed since his wive had something on her police record. I will try some more to get him to post the details. I am sure it could help others.

Li got her 1st crdit card all by herself. I applied for that same card Kyle she got turned down the first time. They sent her a preapproved application and i filled it out only in LI's name and she got the card. She never had any help from my credit

Call Your Senator's office they can do a inquiry about your case.

Robert my wife got a job offer for 12 hours a day for 6 days a week. I said no way what kind of marriage can we have if your gone that much for so little money. So she told the guy she could work 5 days a week with Sunday off and work 40 or less hours a week and the guy agreed to it.That is how she worked in China.
