The interview was for a cr1 not a K3. Is it possible to reinstate the k3?

I have a friend that just got white paper for the 2nd time today. He went to the interview in China only for the 2nd interview. First time was for a K1 visa results white paper. after that He got married and filed for a K-3. He went to China for the 2nd interview and she got a White paper and was told the pictures they took were fake. I know they were not i was there for his first trip to meet his girl. I told him to go to this website for advise but he will not shy i guess only comes here to read the post. What does he do now. Why do i come here for him. He got a white paper the first interview so i found this website and got to overkill mode and got a pink paper because of his white paper . I thank everyone that help us again Any advise for my friend would be great he is it China now. I got the news only a few minutes ago.

We really do not have any fight issues' The relationship is great. There are many differences the way a home is. I have house shoes something i never had. But i learned to resect the culture differences. One thing i told her the first time i met her. I WILL ALWAYS BE PATIENT WITH YOUR ENGLISH. I can say i lived that statement not easy sometimes. But just have to stop and really listen to her. Many stories that were told in the begining are different now that she knows more English. The Key Is TO BE PATIENT GOOD LUCK going to China to met my soulmate is the best thing i ever did in my life.

Hi Smokiessky, How is your relationship going now? Did you have some of the same concerns as I do early in your relationship and now those concerns are gone? What are the BIG "fight" issues?

My wife knwe less than 10 words in English when i met her. We would chat on Yahoo IM she typed so slow i would watch a movie while chatting with her. She went to Enghish school while in China. She learned enough Enghish to do most of her interview in English. So it does get better.

Do not use a big photo album for the interview because it will not fit in the interview window.

We filed after meeting in OCt then filed in Feb i went back in March for 3 weeks then in Nov for the interview and we got pink. She knew only 10 words of English when i met her,but sent her to English school in April and she learned enough English to have her interview in English. I did everything i learned on this website for as getting ready for the interview and front loading I say good luck no matter when you file.Thanks again for all the people on here.

We got the the first set of shots when we ajust status for the green card. When are the rest of the shots required?

i did the same thing. The senator's office sent something they called Congressioal interest to Guangzhou. I do not know if it helped or not. We got Pink So who knows.

I also sent my w2s and still got the letter.

I sent a letter close to the same thing when i sent off for my wife's green card also sent the extension of fileing my taxes for 2009 and they sent me a letter that i did not make enough money and wanted the 2009 tax return even though i made over the amount for 2008 and 2007. Sounds like a blue slip to me. I would bring a 2009 tax return to the interview.

My wife got a job and they said to her they do not take out any taxes since she does not have a green card. Is that correct? She gets paid per hour. She does have her Employment card and should have a green card by Oct.She only works about 30 hours a week.

i have a HP printer. I go to Walgreens and refiills are cheap there.

We went to the health dept to get her shots. We got no shot in China. The nurse told me we had to go to the Civil Surgeon to get a exam and for him to sign off on the shots. Another CFL member told me i had to go upstairs and talk to the doctor of the health dept. The doctor was a Civil Surgeon and she signed the I 693 and listed the shots we got. The nurse downstairs even tried to argue with me saying i could not get a I 693 here. I even talked to the head nurse and told them what i was told by another CFL person she said the doctor can not help me. THey did not have a clue. So good luck.
