Well they finaly cashed the checks Sat. and today we got the receipts or the I-797C dated received on 6/26/07 notice date of 7/05/07. So now I wait and see if may assets are enough for these guys. Yanlan found a job today too!

Thanks guys, I just checked my bank account and saw no pending transactions, and was wondering how long it usually takes for the checks to be cashed. Rick, I sincerely hope you don't have more crap to deal with. You've had more than your fair share of waiting during the visa process. I hope your check clears quickly this week! Lance So do I I like at the timeline website today and it looks like the EAD's are are just getting looked at from march 2007. The AOS is backlogged to September of 2006. No but her and her husband are retired and I presume collecting SS. She is just one of those fanatical Christian right type people. Sounds like my sister Carl. I asked for help with our petition and she could not get involved with something like that, as she stated. But I get emails like that from her all the time. Too much damned money, and no sense.
