Is it necessary for my wife to have her to have her name changed on her Chinese passport to her new married name her name on her change of status card is her married name . she is worried if we go back to visit in china she will have trouble getting back in the USA

my wife received her permanent resident card yesterday my question is should she go to the Chinese embassy and change her passport with her name on permanent resident card wich is her married name

my wife recieved her change of status today. my question is this she has a social security card that say's for work only do we have to change it ? i'm not shure what to do

My wife was issued i 94 when she arrived in usa Employment Autherorize to work . My question is do we need to fill out I785 Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

Congratulations! Now who was it that was saying nobody is passing? eh, nevermind.... Does she know if there were lots of pinks or blues, handed out that day? Just curious...xie xie! she told me there were a lot of blue slips many woman were upset it sounds like red flags were up on a lot of visa applicants because they seemed not to beleive the relationship for some reason

[june 26 our visa was passed i'm so excited wowowoo now i'm wondering when does the 90 day's start for marriage to be completed. When visa is issued or when she arrives in the USA. ok I geuss i didn't make my self clear i know my interview is on the 26th of june. i want to know if we can change the date I already have. my fiance needs the interview letter for the mecical exam you have to have it for that.

has any one changed there interview date ? we still have not received our p4 packet that was supposed to have been mailed on the 17th. i called my congress woman and she said she would contact guangzhou for me i also emailed them and my so faxed them too . My question is can we change our interview date and will it cause a problem
