are we required to proved W2's for our SO's interview? More then one year required?

Why is it that every other Country destination, the packages are delivered and signed for within 4 days. Even Beijing and HongKong are delivered in 4 days. Guangzhou is the only destination that goes into the "on hand" waiting period. Is this all about the GUZ policy to let them sit? I know, this subject has been beaten to death.

NVC told me my case was shipped 11/23. Using the I-730 search, I found one shipment on 11/25 and is on hand as of 11/28.....4lbs Using EXPEDITE NIV SECTION: I get no shipments between 11/23 and 11/28 Using EXPEDITE IV SECTION: I get one shipment on 11/28 in transit. No weight.

Congrats Bob! How were you able to see a VO if USC's are not allowed in that section or floor?

Ok I have the GUZ fax number for updating my SO address. I also know that I must call DOS and wait for case to be entered into computer. Does anyone have the GUZ email so I can check when they get my case? I don't think it will do any good to fax my SO's address if the GUZ hasn't received the case yet. Is the DOS computer linked up to the GUZ system? Seems odd to be calling a USA phone number to see if a case has been entered into the GUZ

So our SO name should go in Q9 and Q10? Or in my case I would put SO and any other times I filed for I-134..

Or are they asking if I have an affidavit currently filed for someone else? Question 10 they want my current SO's name? Or would that also be the name of my previous marriage through immigration?

Nothing at all wrong with asking for money from your husband if you need it. If the husband refuses to help his wife, then I would consider that a so called "red flag". My fiance works and I send her money when she needs it for more expensive things. Also I have never heard of husband and wife going dutch. That makes no sence to me. Of course this is just my personal opinion.

Jim I just called NVC and they told me when they received it. Now I must call DOS everyday until they receive the case. I need to get my SO's chinese address added to the case before they send out p3.

Ken how do you know when DHL picks up package? After they pickup then It sits in warehouse for several weeks before guz receives?

Called NVC and was told case was sent to embassy today. Less then one week in NVC. Amazing how some get pushed through and others are in a black hole stuck. I am very happy for myself but at same time I feel the pain for those getting no where. Good luck to all.
