you don't need her birth certificate until she receives the p-3, p-4 and goes for her medical. the only "white book" you need for the original application is her divorce papers if she is divorced.

you can either refile a new petition or wait until your old one is returned to the states and you receive the noid letter from uscis and you then file a rebuttal and have your petition reaffirmed. it will probably be faster to file a new petition, but you need to find the reasons for the denial so you can overcome them.

1 more thing about the eor letter is to attach copies of your profile from the dating site where you met, if in fact you met thru a dating site. this shows guz how you met. when my so had her interview she handed the vo her passport and our eol letter. the vo pushed it to the side of her desk, but a vo standing behind her picked it up and read it.

To all others- if you want a 4 star hotel, then the Yang's ain't it, but if you want a cheap place to lay your head, a good guide for getting around GZ and support (especially useful if the beneficiary is there alone) then they are great. good luck to all OK rob, I will. I suppose if most people had a good experience and were happy with the filthy rooms then it must be ok. I just hope that nobody else has money stolen from their room as we did. I CAN'T recommend the Yang's with a clear conscience. we received our noa for 131,765, and 485 on oct. 30th. when i tried to sign up for online updates and entered the receipt numbers i just get an error message stating that the case numbers do not exist. how long does it usually take before the case numbers will show on the uscis system?

if you get denied in guz then your k-3 visa will be void after 30 days, so i dont see how you could do aos in the states with a voided k-3. just be careful and good luck! ??? Why would the K-3 be voided? Why would that affect AOS? We have had people do this before. randy, i'm not sure why the k-3 would be voided, i can only guess. i think it would affect aos because basically they are applying for aos with the ir-1 visa. when you say we have had people do this before, do you mean they had a k-3 visa, then were white slipped at the ir-1 interview and still able to do aos in the states? if this is true then they have no worries. i just hope they receive pink and all of this will be a non-issue. it is curious though.

imo this is a risky move because if guz denies the visa then the k-3 will become void in 30 days and you will be in trouble. perhaps it would be safer to adjust status over here. if denied in the states there is an appeal process. good luck!

every state is different. we went to our local health dept. and paid $90 for a varicella injection.

this varies from case to case. make sure your so knows when and why you got divorced ad where your ex lives. i don't think a letter from your ex is needed. hello tom, only if they ask. they did ask my so this question along with where do they live and when did we divorce.
