  10. benc, It is possible you did wind up in the American Citizen's Services office. When I attended ACH, I took a wrong turn, left, into an office similar to what you describe and near the entry to this room was the wording "American Citizen's Services" posted. This caused my confusion, but I was quickly redirected to the right by security personnel which led me to the room where American Citizen's Hour is held. At ACH we were not called by name. We were given a number after our passport was checked and our form turned in. When our number was called we were directed to a certain numbered window. There were numerous windows, yet I do not recall the exact number, but it was greater than 15 and there was perhaps 10+ rows of seats. All questions were one on one and not in a group setting at ACH. When I attended ACH, I was joined by 6 other CFL'ers that day, one being rogerinca. Hey Roger! Oh yes....and most important, GOOD LUCK!!! Clayton Yeah Clayton, that was a very good day !!! Here is the list, there were 8 of us: QUOTE(LGR_WEI @ Sep 25 2007, 03:59 AM) Wow, ACH was packed with CFL members Sept 24 2007.... LGR_WEI RogerinCA Kris jing Brian ( unknown CFL name ) Squeeky ( mis-spelled i am sure ) mt..... ( michael ) Chen CLAYTON, clayton2103 Rog, how many times to ACH??

  13. Try this service, works very well for Americans!! They are at A08 and right next to the $$ exchange place. Enter HK customs, drive to mainland and exit HK customs, go through Chinese customs and look for girls in green jackets. Do not worry they put a dumby sticker on your shirt so they know where you are going!! Good Luck!! http://www.eebus.com
  14. Jim, you beat me to the punch on this story-line !!! I was thinking pretty much the same thing all day today. Here is the deal: We are Americans. We are not the British, nor the French. Americans are creative, adaptive and very resourceful. Couple that, with the fact that the best educated, best trained and best equipped cops in the entire USA, are located in the great state of California, made for a pretty successful story, given the way the deck was stacked by the large number of domestic and imported versions of protestors on hand, for News At Six. Today¡¯s edition of China Daily, was very elated about the way things turned out in SF and referred to the resourcefulness and quick change in plans, outsmarting the protestors, as something right out of Hollywood !!! Lao Po told me that all the news on TV in GZ, was very positive in this regard. Yes, another very good day for the boys from CA. B) As usual big guy you are right on!!!!!! B)
  15. Like many have said...............kept passport and nice to you, all good signs!! They did not say call me in 2-3 months, so good luck!! B)
