Is http://www.cdc.gov/ncidod/dq/pdf/ti-03/tbl1-cs-clrd.pdf the list of all the vaccinations require for AOS?

I have a question about the vaccination supplement. She took an examination in Guangzhou, and she handed out the seal medical packages from the doctor to VO at the interview, and VO gave her the Medical Examination Packages back to us to present them at he port of entry of JFK airport We handed all the Medical Examination packages to the immigration officer at JFK, and he took all except sealed brown envelop appeared to be X-ray film, which we have with us now. (not opened) My wife does not have any other medical document except for the seal brown enevelope. there was no little yellow card or any other paperwork stating she taking the vaccination prior to her interview. should there be any problems getting a vaccination supplement? is the I-693 or I-693A require for AOS? btw, she is on a K1 visa and arrived a Feb 2008

Anybody know any good ESL classes in NYC? There are so many to choice from and I dont know which ones are good. Any college or private school is fine with me. My fiancee wants to improve her speech. So far she has been taking these free online courses and ebooks but she prefer if there was a teacher/professor helping. Thanks,

my fiancee went there to drop off the documents. It was not a interview, just a drop off like what dnoblett said. they told her to come back in 2 days(Dec 13) to get the "results". when they said results, does this mean there is no 2nd interview? btw, this is for a K1 visa at GUZ

my fiance got a blue sheet asking for additional documents, We have a appointment for tomorrow at 2pm. besides brining the additional documents and her passport, would she need to bring any of the previous documents?
