I agree to a point, but if they had a streamline process that was efficient in processing petitions they wouldn't be bombarded. Granted some people abuse the contact privileges, but it's a two way street. Let's hope there's a new and improved process with the upcoming "grand opening" of the DHS.

Congratulations! At least I heard some good news today from this board.

I called a second time again 10 minutes later, and I got through. I was hoping to reach another clerk, but it was the same lady so I hung up. I didn't know what to say again...oh man, it's come to this...my mind!!!! ahhhh I can't believe I got through twice today. Oh my lucky day....

I just talked with a female clerk at GZ, and she's told us that my fiancee doesn't have an interview date yet, but I told her that people after us already have interview dates. And I asked her can she give me a time estimate, just to get any answers out of her, but she said she couldn't, understandably so. But I threw out the question, "Within a month?", she answered, "I don't think so"...What a screwed up system. At least she did acknowledge that they have our fiancee's P3 since November. I also asked if there was any way I can get in contact with "Mr. Adams", she replied "I don't think so, he doesn't have time." I was polite the entire time, but persistent, trying to get any answers out of her. I told her I was "concerned that other people have interview dates already, but they were after us" and her reply was "this is not abnormal." Oh man.... But then again, this is just a fraction of what the "black hole" is experiencing so far. At least Congressman Cox sent a letter to me today, saying that he has contacted GZ. The beat goes on...
