If she does the interview in English there would likely be no reason for a tape. The purpose for asking you to make a tape with your SO is to prove you can communicate and therefore validate the relationship. The VO will assume you speak English and if it is demonstrated that your SO speaks English then even GZ couldn't justify a tape of the two of you communicating. Me thinks

She signs one and you write another. The logic is so GZ can see neither has changed their minds. Your letter should state that you stillintend to marry her within 90 days of her entry into the USA. Most also put a little love stuff etc into the letter.

After it is sent by NVC it msut clear customs. then it must be entered into the GZ system. It usually takes 6-8 weeks so kick back relax and get some ice for that head. PS-you may wish to put some padding on that wall and some hydrocodone in that coffee.

I have heard stories that they will occasionaly call but when we recieved P4 last year it was unheard of.

When I filed for EAD you could NOT file EAD until you file for AOS. You can file at the same time but cannot file EAD first.

I don't remember the specifics but I do remember that every form I filed for my SO I also duplicated for my stepdaughter (K1, K2). The fees are duplicated and it is a seperate visa so it makes sense that the forms are duplicated.
