  1. What is the order to file these? What do the letters stand for? How much do they cost. Is time a critical issue? Any info will be greatly appreciated p.s. wife is expected to arrive in four days!!!!
  2. ...to say the least, it was a gruelling process! JPD
  3. One rejection slip was for not having a copy of 'my notarized passport' second rejection has to do with not having a one year 'notarized copy of a one year employment contract.' Zheng Fang (after being at GZ from 7:00a.m. til 5:00p.m.) was to tired and frustrated to explain clearly what GZ wants me to do regarding employment. Futhermore she doesn't want me to call them and 'find out'; she thinks a phone call from me will just make them mad! She just wants me to call my past employer and have him send/fax a letter/statement that I in fact worked for him. (He might just enjoy NOT doing this!) I actually had a 2 year contract but I can't find it; perhaps it's in Nanjing, perhaps not! They are just being difficult, these were never part of any instructions! Please advise what I can do. My wife is to upset to be much help right now; I told her to just stay in GZ until we resolve this. (I'm to tired and upset to solve this right now.) Interview was difficult: more about that later. 5. We know the interview date, but have not received the P4, lost in the mail. GZ mailed P4 Nov. 24...wife checkes mailbox everday...Notlhing???
  6. Interview date: Jan. 19th, 2005. P-4 mailed Nov. 23, 2004 (lost in the mail, we have not received it) P-3 received by us June 16, 2004 Priority date: May 24, 2004 Married in Nanjing Feb. 5, 2004 Visa category: CR1-Chin
  7. We communicate mostly by e-mails. It's easy to use and easy to document. Are e-mails evidence enough? We talk on the phone about one a week for about 30-45 minutes once a week, but have no evidence. Please advise. More evidence: We have plenty of photos, we lived as husband and wife in Nanjing for 8 months.
  8. ORIGINAL copy of divorce degree; what is this and how do I get one for my wife.
  9. When I was in S. Korea, 7 years ago, I was told..."boy, what ever you do, please, don't touch your student on the head" and I said, O.K. but why? and they said, "...'cause your students might be Buddhaist...", and I said O.K. but, sooooooooooooo, and they said, "...well, ...if they are, if you touch the top of their (my students) heads you could disturb their ancestor's spirits and you don't want to do that, trust me...", and so, I never did!...now I am not paticularly religious, but I must admit I could alway pickout my buddha worshiping students, truely, and frankly, a bit amazing, ....because they alway had a slight smile on their faces, kinda like that Italian Madona picture, if you know what I mean....they always looked a bit contented, happy!, truely. Oh, not Madona da Mona Lisa picture. Yeah! Da one! Bye.
