    my MIL and BIL both tried to get a visiting visa they hired a lawyer but still got denied twice. my wife said i should call the consulate and complain she said the lawyer told her i am allowed up to 4 visitors visa request. but how can i complain?? it would be an international call. she also told me that my address came up not valid ( i lived here for 7 years). and i own this house. should they just try again since this year Chinese tourist has dropped to a new low in the US

    wow that long? so the CR1 is quicker then?my wife got her within 45 days i think the uscis told me 90 days a co worker told me he still waiting him and his wife married here in the states in april

    if they have a smart phone they can use wechat they have video and they also have wechat out where it works like a calling card but you pay what you use

    my wife told me yesterday that she wants her mother to visit even if she is on temporary green card status . i told her sure . what are the step need to be taken? is it the same as if i went to china ? i know she will need an invitation letter. thanks

    ok thank you, my wife said a friend told her that her being on 2 year green card she couldnt but with 10 year she could. just wanted to make sure that information was false

    my wife wants to go visit the Niagara falls she also like to go to Toronto on our visit. my question is with her being on her 2 year permanent resident green card will she be able to enter canada? i know she wont have to get a ETA (Electronic travel Authorization)

    okay, thanks, also i think they changed it to a year now instead of 6 months. i called and asked them they said she could stay up to a year. anything after she abandon her greencard.

    my wife went back to china to visit her grandmother passed away and wont be back for 4months do she need to get a visa to reenter the U.S or can she use her green card?when she first came here the visa they issued was only for 5 months. thanks
