My wife went too .supposed. To be back April told her to come back in November. Then January. But didn't her green card is invalid. Now.

I called uscis twice and they tell me up to a year each time my wife was supposed to come back in April now she "overstayed" a year now did your wife make it back?

so one of my wifes friends got a letter two weeks ago saying they have insufficiant information on obtaining proof of bona fide marriage. so they need to send more paperwork .so i offered to write a letter for them.they talked to the lawyer that help my wife and i. i guess he told her that i need to send a copy of my birth certificate and passport with the letter. im not really confortable of sending that info with someone else's case. anyone had to resend paperwork?

my wife and i went to get her new green card Extension the lady told us it will now take 17 months to get her 10 year green card .they found out two weeks ago.

did she get her new green card yet? i noticed on the uscis it says 11 months processing but not sure if its 11 months from the green card expire date or when you received the letter

i believe this was in toronto im not sure if her boyfriend was with her at the time. but i think she told them she had a white boyfriend because they asked her why she dating a white person and not a black person.
