  1. Best go see a Dermatologist to solve this problem.
  2. Who's the round eyed Empress chick? Did ol' Cao Cao import himself an empress? The only thing Chinese about that woman is her clothes, and they look like they came from Wal-Mart during Halloween. tsap seui Why do you laugh? Empress Bian
  3. 4. Archaeology is always fascinating, especially stories such as this. It's like wanting to know what lies inside the tomb of Qin Shi Huang. http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/as_china_general_s_tomb
  5. See if FOX will air a story on it? :-) The anti-immigration lobby in this country will probably complain that the fees aren't hiked enough. I doubt that CFL has enough people on it to pull it one way or another, maybe if we get VJ and the other sites involved. That would look great- CFL on the Glenn Beck show or the O'Reilly Factor!...
  6. Hey now, we don't want the poor ol' USCIS and DOS to become wards of the state do we? Everybody saw how much the last increase helped with speedy and efficient service. This is a good thing, right? tsap seui Yes - they NEED to pat themselves on the back once in a while for all the good service they are providing The government raised the hell out of taxes on cigarettes the first of this year, why not again raise the fees on immigration petitions. The government is going to find each and every way to take money to pay their spending. It's certainly not like the "old days" when filing a I-129F was only $90. Welcome to the "tax & spend" times.
  7. Good luck to your fianc¨¦ in GZ. I like your member number, 37373. A pretty cool number. When divided by 37 it equals 1010.081081081081081081081081081081, and then that number divided by 37373 = 0.027027027027027027027027027......... and then, when you add up the two non-zero digits in both the fractional part of the quotient, they add up to nine (9), 8+1, 2+7 and nine is a lucky number! Do you think that has anything to do with the three three's in your number, 3+3+3=9? Pretty cool, eh?! LoL! Good luck! wow....you have waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay to much time on your hands I'm waiting for my pizza!......

  9. I don't know if I would want to travel 217 mph on rail. Sounds like a death wish.
  10. December 24, 2009 Anwar al-Awlaki, an American Muslim Imam linked to a gunman who allegedly killed thirteen at a U.S. army base in Texas, is believed to have died in a Yemeni airstrike on al Qaeda militants on Thursday, a Yemeni security official said.
  11. Removal of conditions is different than AOS. AOS happens shortly after marriage they do not expect joint accounts, joint IRS filing, etc.. Marriage has been to short at this time. HOWEVER, Removal of conditions happens 2 years after AOS, so YES there should be much evidence of bonafide marriage should be generated by this time, this is why I-485 for AOS does not ask for this evidence, but it IS listed in the instructions for I-751 for removal of conditions. The IO's can recognize if a marriage is a sham or not, they can smell a rat. That's what they're trained for. The couple have been married and together for over two years and the wife is working with the husband on disability. Those points there should be evident enough of their bonafides and I think the IO's can see that and if not, the couple will just have to try again but I don't think that will happen to them. I'm not going to scare them by telling them they need everything under the sun to succeed in this. Just go and be natural. Surely a perceptive IO can see they are for real with the few things they already have. A good IO can tell if the marriage is fake or not.
  12. It's not that big of a deal to start with. The IO never asked for any joint accounts, deeds, or utility bills when we went to the AOS appointment. I'm not saying not to get them but they never asked us for anything of that nature so don't sweat it too much but do whatever makes you feel comfortable. Make sure to take your marriage certificate, and letters from friends and family which has been mentioned, isn't a bad idea. The IO's are reasonable. They know when something isn't right. Just be natural and have a good trip. We had no problems with any of that info either and my qizi now has her citizenship! http://www.clicksmilies.com/s1106/travesmilies/flaggen1/smilie_flagge13.gif
  13. I went out of work on disability in 2007 after 23 years with the Virginia DOT. I carried the health insurance with me covering both me and my wife. The cost is a bit high but the state pays for some of it. I went on Medicare this past July which put my insurance at a lower cost being that it is now secondary and Medicare is primary. I still pay alot for my wife's insurance but she's worth it. It's $488 a month for her. It has worked out well for us. We are both insured and it's great coverage through the Commonwealth of Virginia; COVACARE/ Anthem BC/BS.
  14. Yeah, we did too. And the file the IO brought in was as big as the Atlanta Yellow Pages!
  15. You do it because they say or tell you to do it because they are the federal government and you have no say so in it at all! So kindly step aside and wait your turn. That is how it made me feel at the time...
  16. My wife loves her tom tom, she swears by it, but I find it annoying since I am comfortable with just reading a map anyways.
  17. Obama in China http://i48.tinypic.com/23tjwy.jpg
  18. I can't believe all the hype over a simple bow when the media hype should be placed on the American servicemen and women who are risking their lives in two wars and no attention is given to their needs. As has been pointed out by Gen. McCrystal months ago, troops are needed in Afghanistan if the US is planning on winning this war. A bow pales in comparison in this war on terror the US supposedly is fighting. Priorities are not in line. The wars should be top priority and handled as such. The wars will decide Obama's fate. Not a lowly bow.
  19. ... and make his aunt and uncle pay for the bullet.
  20. Radical muslims overseas are praising the shooter for his actions. They are saying that all muslims in uniform should follow his actions saying it is the will of Allah. This is really going to make it hard on the service men and women of the Islam faith that are loyal to the United States and are serving with honor. It will be hard for them and they will be closely watched in wake of this incident. http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20091109/ap_on_...rt_hood_muslims
  21. Interesting read on the book, particularly the part about China. I agree with it. China is growing but I don't see them as a threat for the same reasons pointed out by the book. Thanks.
  22. A wonderful funeral for Ted Kennedy today. He will be buried in Arlington with his brothers tonight where he will rest in peace forever, an end to an American dynasty. To one of America's greatest senators of all time I say; Good-bye Ted.
  23. Tasteless, not that MJ was in the same class with Teddy,he wasn't. I protested heavly when folks made fun of him when he died. Let the Mr Kennedy rest in peace, you too will go one day... would you want someone to say "Happy to see he aint getting a pay check anymore" when you go?? ? Doesn't matter if he was a Democrat or a member of the GOP, he was an American first. And he was loved by many, even across the aisle. The Kennedy's were great for this country. They were human and they cared about the common man, the people who couldn't stand up for themselves or defend themselves, maybe some didn't care for that fact, but they were good for this country. Teddy wasn't perfect neither were his brothers, but who is? But they were good for this country and the world for that matter. We might be an extension of Russia today if Jack didn't stand up to Kruschev in the 60's. It saddened my morning to hear Ted Kennedy had passed. He suffered this last year with cancer, he fought the brave fight. RIP Senator Kennedy. Rest in Peace. The Kennedy's were the closest thing to royalty the United States ever had. I didn't agree with alot of his views but I respected his position and time in the senate. Looking beyond partisan lines, Ted Kennedy was a great man who did alot of great things for the American people. He will be missed.
  24. Interesting website. I spent nearly an hour looking at my hometown postcards, some of them I can recognize. The cards shown were at least a hundred years old, 1907, 1908, showing monuments still in existence and landmarks and rivers. Kind of like a walk down memory lane. Thanks.
  25. The 'Old Dominion' state here, the Commonwealth of Virginia! As the 1970's slogan goes, "Virginia is for lovers"...
