  1. Hi everyone, Hongyan got blue, they wanted her to right a new resume of her work history, which she had done and gave to the interviewer, but it wasn't good enough. My fiance has only had 1 job for 24 years, but they wanted her to give them a complete history of her titles at her job for all of those years. Once she does that and mail it back to Guangzhou, they will check that out and then she will get a date to go back to Guangzhou. At that time she will get her Pink. She said that they didn't ask many questions of her, and that all of her paper work was in very good order. My fiance did her interview in english and only needed help with one question, and that question was about why her fiance has been to Russia so many times. Her son helped her in chinese with the question and she answered that I was married to a Russian lady before. They did talk about the time frame of this blue slip because the boy will be 21 in April, The lady told her to get this resume bck to her as soon as possible and everything will only take 1 to 3 months. So things are good, she didn't want to come to the USA untill after Feb. anyways, so this will give us time to start doing the many things needed to be done. Sorry about the blue but I think Pink is inyour future soon. Good luck to you both. Robert Yes, to what I am hearing, it takes about 30 to 45 days for them to get the background check done and issue a waiver for the CCP, so we are mind set for Febeuary or even March, Not a bad thing, she wanted to be in China untill after her holidays in Febeuary, so things work out just fine. I will be going to china to go with her to guangzhou and then we will all come back to the USA together. Everything has a reason.
  2. My fiance got a blue slip as expected because of this CCP thing. We thought we might have everything they would have needed, but they wanted a complete resume of her work history with all promotons, job titles and dates. After giving them everything under the sun that everyone else has given them on the CCP issue, we only need this one thing. My questions are: once my fiance sends this resume to guangzhou, does anyone know how long it might be for this blue slip to turn into a pink slip? and does she have to have another interview? and does she have to go back down to Guangzhou to get this pink slip and her visa? Is it really additional background check is what they are doing?
  3. yes, that is a good question, I am wondering how long it will take for the blue to turn into a pink. I hope someone will write and tell me something, maybe I will do a new post.
  4. My fiance is in the CCP and went to the interview and she got a Blue slip. We knew she was going to get a blue slip, as everyone has said before, maybe a few has been pink, but only because they were over looked(only my guessing). We did so much research on this CCP thing that we are willing to help anyone that has any questions of what is needed or how we did it. We were only ask to send in 1 other document which was a new resume stating every job history and promotions and job titles at those jobs and there dates. This will take us a short period of time and we will send it into Guangzhou and they will set another interview date for my fiance, and she will get her pink then and her visa. So if there is anyone needing information or help, we will do our best to help.

  11. Well my fiance is in Guangzhou with her son and ready for anything they can throw at her, we have been working on everything for over a year now. She has everything, everyone on all the sites has said they needed for the CCP issue, the only thing will be a additional back ground check for her to get blue. I want to wish everyone a merry christmas, you all have been a blessing to my fiance and me, and I want to thank you all.
  12. Yes, it is on the Letter to K applicants where it said submit these items during your interview: Two copies of DS-156 forms with original signatures(with chinese name and telegraphic code) I found the code threw one of the post above ours here. Your fiance can go to the post office too and get the codes. "Two copies of the DS-156 form in English with original signatures. Chinese nationals must also fill out Items 6, 7, 8, 9, 15, 18, 20 in both English and Chinese and must provide the telegraph code for their Chinese surnames and given names while filling out Items 6 & 7, which can be found at most Chinese post offices." http://photos.state.gov/libraries/guangzho...nt-Dec%2009.pdf Are you sure about the 6,7,8,9,15,18,20 needs to be in Chinese, because no where on the instruction forms say they are to be in chinese, just chinese name and telegraphic code I am just quoting what I read from the forms off of Guangzhou's website, the link I supplied. yes, thank you, i must have a old form, i have set off to my fiance

  15. I think that is what my lawyer intend to do. thank you for the tip. as far as i know. all the question were answered and we are not missing any documents. that lady did the interview already decide to deny my fiance visa before the interview begin. the whole time she was there. no one gets pink slip from that particular lady. something illegal is going on. "{Edit} Repair broken quote tags. Wow" I just can"t beleive that this woman gave out all white, did your fiance take her interview in english? I am hearing most are having problems if they don't know much english. How many Chinese call the USA, it is a lot cheaper for us to call them, besides, we do most of our talking on the computer for free.I can't even imagin a white slip, after being with my fiance for 20 months and to china 4 time in less the a year. I just worry about this CCP thing. If we was to get a white, I am on a plane and we are going to get married, that is for sure.
