  9. i agree with all of you, i have seen many people replaced by cheaper less qualified workers ,most of them unable to speak english , legal immigrants, is a major infestation, in north carolina,
  10. Ditto for my Jie, I brought about 3 full suitcases back on 2 of my China trips, and when we traveled from China to the US together, we had about 4 full suitcases. On that trip I traveled light, so most of the fillings were hers. In total she probably had about 5 or 6 full suitcases worth of belongings. There were two benefits to doing it this way: one was it made logistical sense, and the other was emotional......seeing her 'move in' long before she even had the interview made it all a reality for both of us. my wen had two very large suitcases, and a back pack with all of important papers , and she shipped over 3 big boxes of shoes and personal things and some clothes, i am thankful for the weels on the suitcases
  11. Ok, thanks. Visa journey's page is a big help. I just have a couple additional questions: 1. What exactly should this "cover letter" be like for the I-485. Like another evolution of relationship letter? 2. Does my fiance need the copies of his passport to be notarized? 3. Do I need to submit copies of my passport (notarized?)? 4. My fiance will not be able to have all the vaccinations in time to file (because he just got his Hep B, but Hep B is taken in a series of 3 over 6 months)...is this going to be a problem? 5. My fiance will be getting all of his other shots here in Beijing before he leaves for America....can the doctor who gives the vaccinations just sign the vaccination supplement (I-693A) or does it have to be that civil surgeon person? a civil sergeon, is the only one that can sigh it , just read what is printed on it, after he get here have him apply for social securty card , and after he recieve the card he can apply for a state i.d. card
  12. we filed I-485 & I-131 & I-765, we recieved the two year green card , the I-131 and the I-765, is in limbo, and the vaccination , supplement is a big deal,a must , and the Social Security Card , mean what it say , you need EAD after the K-1 VISA EXPIRE, after you get green card you can apply for one that do not require that, read my time line, you can see what i mean about , the limbo part, good luck
  13. sure many chinese do it diffrent way,s. some sit with the body just a few days , and the old triditional way is to sit with the body 7 days , before the member is cremated, none is buried , that is forbided, in china, so all are cremated, i think chinese understand and accept , dealth better than we do, just my opion, i forgite to mention, that in remote country side , they can pretty well do as they please, so i can only tell you about most big cities
