if you do send letter of correction be sure to get it notorized, and in letter be sure to explane what need to be corrected , and whyif it was me i would also send a corrected copy of the forms, and i think you wasted good money on a very stupid lawyer,Don or Lee will more than likely tell you what to do ,with CFL you need no lawyer, here you have a big family

You are supposed to send in the vaccination supplement with your I-485's adjusting status for K1/K2. If you do not you may get an RFE asking for the supplements and if you don't get an RFE they are likely to ask for them at the interview. I have not heard of a case where the whole I-485 package is returned for lack of the vaccination supplement. I am wondering if any K1 or K2 who didn't send their vaccination supplement with their I-485 and was approved without an interview. I didn't send my vaccination with my I-485 packet, so I am thinking if I have a chance to be approved without an interview, because my district office seems to be very busy. Qsdby' you just keep dreaming, ou will get your RFE in the mail, i don't think they are that busy

i think if i was you just in case they may want a more original type of tax paper ,i would call the 1-800-829-1040, and request your taxtranscript of your tax return, i would request, 2006,2005,2004,it's free,they may just want this on your, AOS, so that way you will be prepaired if they request them,

I know i am late on this post, but in North Carolina all we were required to do was have a valid visa with a valid I-94 for my SO and we also had to have her sign a paper stating she did not have a SSN , and have it notorized, they gave us the paper to sign and have notorized ,she entered on the 17th of Dec, we Married on the 22th of Dec,some countys in some states , are really out of touch with immigrations, and laws , and common sence

ok my turn, my wife have always lived in large cities, when we first meet online i told her i was a small town man, no use for the big city, but when she arried in the usa , and i brought her to my hometown , she could not believe there was no tall buildings over three stories tall,and the traffic was so easy to drive in , she was also supprised , that drivers obayed the law , and didn't try to bully you, she loved the clear blue carolina sky, and the fresh air , and the nice clean lakes, the ducks and geese, and the birds , and all the wild animals , that you see in the fields and in the woodsshe have seen animals she have never seen in her life, the first thing she would say is if we catch it , we can eat iti tell her no need , we can buy all the meat she want, no need in eating all Gods little creatures, but she don't really like much meat , mostly , veg.she also told me she loved the usa , i was so much healther and cleaner than china, did i tell you, she think living so close to a super walmart , is the greatest thing in the world, and belks have sales that she gets so excited about . pizza she loves . banana pudding with whipped cream, and also baked patatoes with sour cream ,all drives her crazy, ice cream , ummmmm she say is the best in the world, did i tell you she also love hot dogs, not the kind that bark either,but the best part is the warm summer nights , we sit out on the deck and watch the jets as they fly way over head, and joke about where they are going, and behold every once in a while , we see a shooting star,and she say make a wish , and i always smile and tell her, i need not do that, why she ask , i reply , i have all a man could wish for , sitting by my side,bored no she is never bored, lots of books, american tv, radio , and every wed, and sunday church,and did i say she will always have me, she is truely happy , and she always say , this is , the good life.and the future is what we look foward to.

Well the vo have been good to us again, my wife sent me a tex saying she gite the pink slip for her daughter, so thank God all is getting close to being normal again , prayer and faith, makes a lot of diffrence
