  1. sam, your wife would love flushing. it has a mix of korean, indian, taiwan, vietnam, sichuang, malysian, more selections then nyc chinatown. there is a buffet on main street. my favorite is the shabu shabu on 39ave off main street. i may be in flushing, maybe we can hook up. some links google, chinatown flushing http://queens.about.com/cs/neighborhoods/a..._flushing_3.htm http://www.yelp.com/list/flushing-the-best...natown-flushing http://newyork.seriouseats.com/2008/07/new...queens-nyc.html http://www.aczoom.com/cms/albums/travel/ne...hings-chinatown
  2. jin, what is your answer? who would you save? your husband or children, and please, only 1. husband of course, then can make more children . My son of course, only one of him but millions of women to replace wifey. sperm talking ? Read chinese romance and what a husband will sacrifice for the love of his wife, or a lovers to each other, maybe never marry, its both selfice and sacrifice mixed, all I try to do is help you think chinese women what do these chinese romance writers know? they write books to brainwash young girls and now they expect more from us men. i think if you learn from each other, be more open, more communications, and being truthful to each other, you will be much better then reading those 99 cents books.
  3. jin, what is your answer? who would you save? your husband or children, and please, only 1.
  4. that question was asked last year with mother instead of children. i answered her that i would throw a life preserver to her and jump in to save my mother. we had such a big fight over this stupid question. i know she was setting me up, no matter what, i would answered it wrong because i would really do that if that happens to me, saving both and not just one. shitty marriage? seriously...i wish i have a restart or redo button when things go wrong in life.
  5. if my marriage is shity and i mean really shity to the core, NONE. a change for me to RESTART my life. i bet alot of people out there would like a RESTART.

  11. she can buy a sim card anywhere in china and that would be another cellphone number.
  12. Good luck of course. nian nian you yu fish, (yu) sounds like money, more money, so they eat fish during the holiday. Chinese say, "gong xi fa cai, nian nian you yu" during spring holiday. and we have a winner so the meaning implies that the new year will not be lacking but will have prosperity and success. Ty gets a first place prize of double fish heads for dinner. Jesse gets a second place prize of long noodles for lunch. Charles gets a third place prize of deep fried dough for breakfast. i want to challenge the winner's answer. the word, yu ô~, sounds very like surpluses ðN in chinese. a better meaning for the word, yu (fish), is from wikepedia, "fish (simplified Chinese: Óã; traditional Chinese: ô~; pinyin: y¨²) is included, but not eaten completely (and the remainder is stored overnight), as the Chinese phrase "may there be surpluses every year" (simplified Chinese: ÄêÄêÓÐÓà; traditional Chinese: ÄêÄêÓÐðN; pinyin: ni¨¢n ni¨¢n y¨¯u y¨²) sounds the same as "may there be fish every year." (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chinese_New_Year). the above link is a quick crash course for those new couples celebrating their first cny. can the admins pass a judgement on my challenge and award the first prize to me? happy chinese new year everyone!!! EDIT- scroll down to cuisine section.

The GRE General Test is like other college admissions tests you're familiar with, except it can help get you into graduate or business school. It takes about 3 hours to complete, and features verbal, math and analytical writing sections ¡ª including the kind of material you're learning at school now."
  20. IMHO - chinese to face is like hot dog to hot dog bun. they say they don't need face but deep inside, they want FACE!!! edit - add more comments below. they want face when among friends and family, at home, no face is needed. i see this pattern in my wife and me, and we are chinese. its our nature. good luck!!!
