  1. Looks like we are on the same schedule Mike. We also got an RFE from CSC last week. Ours was for financials. Hopefully soon... Good luck!
  2. Joanne, Thanks so much for the information. I sent you a PM. Would there be a version in simplified Chinese also? I'll have to find out if the traditional is what she would want.
  3. Quan told me that her favorite writer is Zhang Ai Lin. She used to have a collection of her works, but they were lost some years ago when she went away to university. I'm looking to replace these for her. I found this on yesasia.com. http://us.yesasia.com/en/PrdDept.aspx/pid-...e-c/version-tw/ I'm wondering if someone might be able to tell me if this is a good collection of her work, and worth purchasing... Any other vendors out there besides yesasia? BTW, I am trying to do this as a surprise! Thanks in advance for any help or advice!
  4. LOL... the city should update their website...
  5. I made a point of preparing my 2004 return early last year just so I could have it to file with the AOS. Not sure what I missed, but oh well... hopefully the last hoop to jump through...
  6. Wow... fastest case I ever heard of!!! Perhaps your mayor had some pull... I hear he has a pretty cool name
  7. Same here.... our RFE NOA for the I-485 was sent last week, but no touch or status update on the web. Folks on VJ reporting the same. Seems they've decided to stop updating it... Weird!
  8. Possibly, though if that's the case, the system is horrible.
  9. Hi Syl, Unfortunetly it has been discussed before and seems to be occuring with increasing frequency. Yet another thing we need to worry about... http://candleforlove.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=13632
  10. Received an RFE NOA in the mail yesterday. The document is dated 2005-11-23. It asks for financials I-864. I have to assume I either made a mistake or neglected some detail on the one I prepared in March.
  11. Amazing Story! Bob, I'm really glad you prevailed in the end!!! Congrats!!!
  12. We had a similar experience with NWA in GZ when Quan came with all here stuff. We were okay for weight, but had one excess bag. The guy at the check-in kept telling me that we were one over. I told him I had called ahead and the airline said I could pay the excess charge when I checked in. He wanted to see our carry-on luggage, and we showed him what was left on the cart. Then he checked the five bags without ever charging us.
  13. Congrats! Glad to see you were able to get it resolved so quickly!
  14. Congrats! Glad to see the process was quicker for you in Boston than it has been for us. It's frustrating to not know, especially since we didn't file EAD or AP.
  15. Congrats Jason and Jun!!! This is occuring with increasing frequency... It has been mentioned in these threads... http://candleforlove.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=13550 http://candleforlove.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=13494 http://candleforlove.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=12872
