  3. After 11 and 1/2 months, we got emails from USCIS today: On January 24, 2007, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call customer service. You can also receive automatic e-mail updates as we process your case. Just follow the link below to register. Does this mean case is approved? Thanks,

  8. The medical exam is good for one year, unless they ask for another exam for whatever reason. this is not the first time someone is asked to provide a new exam for AOS and probably won't be the last. The best we can hope for is to get through the process the fastest and easiest way possible. 221033[/snapback] Thank everyone for the advice. We ended up doing another physical and sent it in last week. I got an email today saying: Current Status: We received your response to our request for evidence or information. However because preliminary processing was complete, the remaining processing time will be less than the maximum stated in this message. You will receive a written decision on this case. You can use our processing dates to estimate when this case will be done. Follow the link below for current processing dates. Light at the end of the tunnel?
  9. Thanks, Besides the 1-800-375-5283, is there another number I can call?
