    It seems the owner was a bit upset with the vote to uniionize.     These are called Horseshoe crabs. Horseshoe crabs are marine arthropods of the family Limulidae and order Xiphosura or Xiphosurida, that live primarily in and around shallow ocean waters on soft sandy or muddy bottoms. They occasionally come onto shore to mate. They are commonly used as bait and in fertilizer. In recent years, a decline in the population has occurred as a consequence of coastal habitat destruction in Japan and overharvesting along the east coast of North America.     We have the TVpad box and my wife loves it, has all her movies and many chinese series on it. She says the new TVpad has games on it :-)

    As always, thanks for the awesome photos. My wife and I will be leaving the 18th for 2 weeks in Guilin, yippee! Maybe I will figure out how to post some photos one of these days.

    I just checked my 2009 returns and I filed using Turbo Tax and I filed as 'Married Filing Seperately' and I entered my wife's SSN as 'N/A' and it was accepted by both Turbo Tax and the IRS, does Turbo Tax not allow this now? I then filed an amended return when my wife came to the US as 'Married Filing Jointly and got a huge amount back.

    Not a problem, this is exactly how my wife and I did the wedding. We went to the marriage bureau and got our marriage certificates and had a small wedding dinner with family and took lots of photos in July of 2009. I filed the CR-1 when I retruned to the US and I then went back in Dec of 2009 and had the big wedding reception, something I will remember for the rest of my life!!! So I don't think you need to worry, just take some photos to send with your petition when you file.

    I had to cancel my trip last year but my wife went and I was told I could not get a refund on my trip, even though it was because my father passed away the week before. When my wife got back she called the travel agency and got 50% back so you can get some back if you are deligent. Your credit card may have something about a refund so you can check with them about it also. Good luck.

    I hope the boy had insurance which if proven he was at fault then his insurance should cover the damage. If not, hopefully you have collision on your insurance and not just the bare minimum coverage.

    It looks like your car is out early tonight. I hope this is the year for Junior. I've been going to the races here at Texas MotorSpeedway since 96 or 97 and now we have 2 Sprint races a year and the Truck/Indy cars in June. My buddy and I have a couple of infield spots so we do not need to drive home in all of that traffic after the race!

    Another reason my wife says she didn't like SF was because the QB kept spitting in his hand. I told her most QB's lick there fingers even after they put them on the guys butt that is in fromt of him!!!!

    Yep, with the lights going out just after halftime almost changed the game. My wife was saying she thought someone from San Francisco did this.:-)

    We sent in the affidavits that I printed with the names and addresses and phone# of the people, one was wife's doctor, and had them only sign it and I sent these in and had no problems that I am aware of. We received my wife's 10 yr card a few weeks ago! I did not want to bother them with the notorization either, but the more proof you send the better.

    Yep Doug, and you are responsible for any toll charges that she picks up since it usually goes to the title holder(tell your EX not to drive on George Bush turnpike). My brother got my father's pickup after my father passed and the toll charges go to my step mother because the title hasn't been changed.
