  1. I met my wife on Cjerry Blossoms to, I think that is a very good site. After only 3 or 4 site emials she suggested we use yahoo so we could see each other. Good site Robert The Blossom is where I met my wife also, but my brother found a scammer there but he had a backup girl he was talking to in the same town and ended up being with her on his visit.
  2. Congrats, glad to here your case is getting some attention. Your wife should be any day now, hopefully Monday!
  3. Once she gets her Visa, it is good for 6 months, I believe. It is difficult to plan a trip with only a short notice of when the Interview will be. I had only 1 trip July of 2009 and I had scheduled another trip at Christmas time. They scheduled my wife's interview 2 weeks prior to my second visit and I couldn't change my vacation to be with her at the interview.
  4. These are the first 2 years for me to get a refund back, filing Married Jointly made a huge difference.
  5. When you include her income you can file the 2555 form and exclude her foreign income, this is a one time exclusion. I first filed Married Filing Seperately because my wife did not have a SSN# and after we got her SSN# I amended to Married Filing Jointly and used the 2555 to exclude her income.
  6. Glad to hear you are doing better. The inversion table does take some time getting used to, and you should not to be inverted more than a few minutes. While inverted you can do some crunches to build up your stomach muscles which will relieve some of the stress from your back.
  7. Congrats, I bet that was a big relief! Hope you have a wonderful life together.
  8. Hey, tsap not sure if you remember me but I have been checking the TSC threads and have found where people are emailing TSC if there case has exceeded the 5 month timeframe and some are getting the NOA2. The email address is mailto: TSC.Ncscfollowup@dhs.gov . http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/281110-california-service-center-to-texas-service-center/page__st__3030 Good luck!

  9. Watch a little more closely - it's not called CCTV 9 any more. It's called CCTV News (since last year some time). CCTV 9 is now a Chinese-language documentary channel that you WON'T see in the states. The foreign feed of CCTV News (to the states) is the same, but the domestic channel line-up change has confused some of the cable operators (including ours) - CCTV News is NOT available on our cable line up - CCTV 9 IS. The live feed is also still available on the CCTV News web site Ok, I see now. The guide still says it as CCTV9 but the actual program does show CCTV NEWS.
  10. I have a suggestion, have you tried using an Inversion table. I have back problems from weight lifting 25 yrs ago and after reading how people swore by this thing I bought one and it has helped a great deal.
  11. Wow. I am glad I am back in the USA. I can't imagine not having CCTV-9 while I was living there. Oh, it's there, alright! It's just that no one down here (in particular, the Guangxi Radio & TV Network) has found it yet! There are also other English language channels such as CCTV First Theater, 3 channels that show content from Discovery, BBC, and New Zealand, and DOX TV. Here at the university, we also get CNN and HBO Asia. Randy, that is wierd. I am in the states and I have the CCTV-9 and it is still in English. My wife says this is the same channel as in China.
