  1. Yes, I used my parents as co-sponsors. File the I-134 for yourself. Your parents can also fill out the I-134 as co-sponsors. Of course, the minimum income requirement will be more (because the household size is increased). Both yours and your parents (co-sponsors) forms will need to be notarized and contain supporting documents such as income tax returns, pay stubs, etc.
  2. If you or anyone else would like a web cam watcher, send me a PM. You can search for web cams worldwide, and watch them on your pc.
  3. Don't worry. It is just standard notary form. Trust me; I was a notary for 5 years. You can find a notary in most banks, credit unions, some mailbox etc., or just look in the yellow pages.
  4. A notary public is a notary public, no matter whom he/she works for. Any notary can notarize it. The I-134 MUST be notarized.
  5. I hope there is not yet ANOTHER Black Hole emerging here.
  6. Good idea, Clifford. To take it a step further, how about setting up an account on one of those free webspace servers (such as Geocities, Xoom, etc.). Any CFL poster could upload image to that server and hotlink without stealing anyone else's bandwidth.
  7. Duh. . . I didn't get one of those. . . . Congratulations, Whoever! See, I told you not to sweat the interview. You are getting ever closer to the light at the end of the tunnel.
  8. If you are linking to images on other servers, you are "hot-linking". You are using the bandwidth of the website of someone else. This is not good practice. Unless you have the other person's permission, you are stealing their bandwidth. Every time the image displays, you use their bandwidth. I encountered this on my adult websites (where bandwidth is very valuable), so I used my server's hot-linking protection to prevent others from stealing my bandwidth. Apparently you didn't know.
  9. Every case and location seems to be different. Our green card was received by mail about 2 weeks after the ADIT processing (no interview). It really does not matter how long after the AOS interview you wait to get your actual green card, because after ADIT processing they will stamp your passport (good for up to one year) to show that you are now a U.S.A. resident. You will use this until you get your actual green card.
  10. Duh. . . . . images do not show up on my pc, Enight.
  11. One of the last, indeed. More than a month after she was finally here, I was still getting replies from some of the letters I had faxed. . . even one from President Bush's office. A year ago, much of my day was spent checking the G7 website posts and CFL for any info I could find on the INS FUBAR visa cases. December was the month that I began to make myself a nuisance to the INS, and a regular poster, rouser here at CFL. Now that she is here, I have gone from checking the CFL posts several times a day, to checking every 2 or 3 days to see if I can help out with anything. Most questions are usually answered by the time I get around to reading the posts nowadays. The time that I used to spend on Candle is now spent with my wife (who is at work tonight - so I have time to post). Sometimes I look at her beside me, and my first thought is that I must be dreaming. So I then kiss her, and I can feel that it is real - I'm no longer dreaming. The wait WILL END guys, and the life you will have together will be worth it.
  12. That day and those next months which followed are still firmly etched in my mind. . . makes me appreciate what I have now.
  13. Chinese women are sexyest and most beautiful....for sure!
  14. Yes, I have used this and similar lookups for quite some time whenever I want to find out who is calling me with "unknown" caller ID. Google is not the only one who provides this.
  15. Also if you wish, you may include your I-134 with the I-129. Only the I-134 will need notarized.
  16. You do not need to natarize the tax returns. DO notarize the I-134. If you absolutely cannot get your 2003 tax return filed before the interview, then projected and actual income and sales is the best you can do. Just do it and pray they will accept projections.
  17. Maybe she has time, now that the Blackholers are no longer pressuring her daily.
  18. This will be our first Thanksgiving together. But here in LV, we work on holidays - for the benefit of the tourists. We will celebrate on Friday after - our first day off together since she began working. Going to teach her skiing. Happy Thanksgiving, everyone!!
  19. Relax. I visited my fiancee once in 1 1/2 years, no phone bills, only a few emails were shown, about a dozen photos, and the interviewer asked only 2 questions. . . less than 5 minutes for the interview. Take a deep breath; she will do fine.
  20. Wow, Is your wife actually docile and obedient! Mine aint! LMAO Patrick Yeah, where did you get one of those??
  21. copies of your and your cosponsor's tax returns will work. The I-134 petition must be notarized, however. Also if you have ever been married, you will need a certified copy of the divorce decree.
