on the affidavit of support under section 213a of the act,it ask for last yr 2003 income tax return,mine was $17,400 for the yr,now im makeing double that for 2004,you think they will care much of past income tax return,my chinese wife seems to think they will,what all in the aos do they want on income and all,let me know something,Thanks,Chris^_^

i went back and looked at her k1 visa and it dont expire till end of the month,the person at the dps looked at it wrong,we went to another one and they let her take her driving test and she passed just fine,i think tommorow we are going to try and get her a tx id card,Thanks,Chris

my wife k1 visa expired we are already married,got married last week,it just expired now,and the dps office said that she cant take the written test to get her drivers license,cause it expired and all,we are doing aos right now,the question is where can i get the k1 visa renewed,we have been down to the county clerk office and passport place and they said they didnt know,im hurting here please someone help me,thanks,Chris

yes my finacee got her p4 a while back i forget exact what day and all it was this month dec 2003,her interview is jan 9th we are so happy^_^

my fiancee said they she was told now she has to have all my paper work and proof of income to get her medical exam taken,i was about to mail it out mon all the paper she needs for jan 9th interview,she said they sell all your paper work you take to vo with your medical exam and you cant reopen it till you get to interview,man i dont think this is true?can anyone help me?PLEASE!i planned on sending her my last pay stub and showing i made enought over proverty this yr at end of dec,she says i gotta have it now for medical exam,man my 2001 and 2002 tax return im sending her are under proverty,my 2003 will above it for the yr i found out,all i can send is pay stubs at end of the yr to prove this,she said she has to have it now or no medical exam,i think shes nuts

yes we have written snai mail like 6 times or so,i got all her letters,her interview is jan9th,im sure where ok,cause i got on us on tape kissing be romantice and such,and also im sending all my phone cards,and i wrote out a letter telling how we meet and how i love and so on,and im sending the envlopes i kept showing the letters and it when my finacee mailed me stuff, i think the video will tell all and show we both have a good conversation and how much where in love, any other things i should remember now hmmm

have no phone records just phone cards for her interview work?i never called her on reg phone bills cause i dont have my own phone,i just go to my friends house and call her on phone cards,i will send them alot of the phone cards i used,will this be ok,im also sending a video i made when i visited her its like over 2 hrs long has us togther talking on it,

man im crossing my fingers we make it and every thing works out real good,im about to mail her all the paper we need at the interview next week,here is my check list if i leave anything out let me know, I-134 notrized 2001 and 2002 tax returns from irs and copys of my tax return with the w2 forms attached 2003 projected income from my pay check stubs this yr its shows how much i made on each one of them,i will send like 4 of them employee letter pics from our last trip video from our last trip togther emails printed out how many should i send?is 10 enough or what if there is anything else i forget let me know,i mite be just forgetting something i know i should send,Thanks,Chris^_^

My Fiancee called them yesterday and they told her sometime in Jan,for sure for the interview now,the couldnt give her a time and date yet,im getting ready to send her my employee letter,and bank statment showing my amount and withdrawls,and deposits,income tax returns for last 2yrs and on this yr i will fill out a pre w-2 form with my projected totals and a scheudle c for my ebay business and web business,do the income tax returns for last 2 yrs have to be notarized or not?also my last yr income tax return sucked bad like $12,000 this yr i will make $13,000 plus like $3000 to $4,000 on ebay and net sales,so like over $16,000,will they take projected income tax returns and schuedle c projects if i fill out the forms and send them along with my most recent pay stubs and all? let me know something,i will send all this out in mid dec, im so ready for her now, Thanks,Chris^_^

ok im back and better off,i just figured out i will make $13,000 something this yr for 2003,and also i made like $3,000 or so in ebay sales,i dont have all the recipts but i have some of the bigger ones to show it,so thats $16,000 for 2003,i know im above the provety line and all now,my financee is about to get her P4 she called them,and a interview will be set soon,she thinks,i may not have this yr tax return for 2003 done in time,i think the earliest i could do it is jan,her interview may be done 1st part or middle,so i will go ahead and send her 2002 tax return that i made $12,500 something like that,and my 2001 one i made $20,000 some where around there,anyways,what it comes down too is,if i cant get my 2003 income tax done in time,i will send in 2002 and 2001 in,and my ebay sales recipts some of them from differnt time periods showing i made good money,will they accept ebay sale and check recipts i got?,i didnt keep them all,like i said i didnt know of this till later on this yr i needed all this,and i will get my boss to write me a letter of employment showing i made more this yr than last yr,and i will send like 4 pay stubs for this yr,you think all this will work?let me know something, Thanks,Chris^_^
