If at this point you still are madly in love and want to get married, all you have to do is file an AOS. Otherwise you should probably do the K-1 Fiance Visa process. You need two shots, and I believe it is the 693 form filled out by the USCIS approved Dr. This has to be submitted with your AOS paperwork.
