The most likely category to receive a visitor visa is the parent(s) of a green card holder. More like 20 to 50 percent. Have them bring a LOT of evidence of ties to China (lease, any property, pictures, evidence of employment). Tine (Tine&Ella) seems to have the best gathering of what what you need to know.
