1. Hey..mama turned in P3 about 3 weeks ago.. Is true average time to VO is 40 days? (I129f...I-130 still lost in space) Try keep up with this new K1 thing to much to take in, does (will) it realy delay a K3 so close to that day we K3's have waited so long for?
2. Not sure if this helps but as of 3 weeks ago this is all that came with P3................. I-167 & DS-230........ Had some other pages with P3 more or less saying support, medical and all other forms will come in P4..Be happy to scan them in and send email or something if someone wants them..Theres several of them.. And was only about 3 weeks ago.. Maybe 15 pages, something like that. 223881 Sorry............. This is for K3 No idea if different for K1

4. The CR1/I-130 will take the place of the K3/I-129F only if the petition physically arrives at the Consulate before the K3 interview. In China, this is rare. 223380 Understand now..Thanks much for help. Be a busy night on yahoo tonight..
5. The I-130 for the CR1 is not cancelled until you either cancel it or abandon it for a year. After entry in the US via the K3 visa you have the option of adjusting status in the US or returning to GUZ for the CR1 interview. Most choose to adjust status but either is a viable option. 223313 Thanks pushbrk..Thats what was thinking. VO day for i-129 should be august (we hope). I though could go the AOS route then. Thanks much!!!
6. I know its here some where have seen this answer. But can't find it now.On a k3 if I-129 is approved and VO day comes before anything is known about I-130 does it cancel out I-130?
7. Thank you again mamabear B) 221660 Sorry am very dumb in this still am learning english even though am a native usa'n...Pls tell, whats the number mean? ..I did say was dumb right? 221930 At least you are trying. Don't consider yourself dumb, recognize your bravery. The numbers are tone markings. 1= high tone 2= rising tone 3= low tone 4= falling tone I'm too inebriated at the moment to remember how to teach those. But if you can pronounce the pinyin, you are are 80% there. 221940 Thanks..Realy am trying learn this..Felt so dumb when we went to stay with wifes family, treated me like some kinda king and couldnt say a word..Why i didnt ask her to translate for me i dont know..Was brain dead at moment, that was a real honor for me be welcomed in thier home as a family member.

11. Hey..anyone know how to spell "good morning did you eat?" In mandarin?..Wife taught me how to say but not asked her how to spell
12. Saw a post about this while back..Someone was talking to a real person at GZ consulate but can't find it..Whats this under 40grand they give ya the can?..Anybody know that for sure?(give ya the silp ya do not want)
13. she is still in china...question..how do you delete or edit a post?..delete would be better
14. Not sure if this is where to post but here goes..We have seen many posts about taxes and how to file..My SO figured this out, i'm to dumb. This is what we had to do in Guangzhou..Just back from Heaven a day ago, now as someone said here before, I'm homesick, miss her so much.. 1 - Take SO's passport to Notary Public office and have it Notarized there..2 day rush service was $240.00(rmb)..I forgot what it is in USD.. We had it done in Chinese and English, not sure thats required though. They make a small binded book with copies of passport.. 2 - Take the copied passport from Notary to Shamain Island to the Foreign Affairs Office (Building# 3)..They will put a statement on last page of the copies..Think that was $150(rmb) for rush service... 3 - Take the copies back to the US Consulate..They will add a page to front of all copies and bind them(again) with another statement..They will do this while you wait..The cost was $240.00 rmb or $30.00 usd for each copy you have.. 4 - How to file with the IRS still working on that..Filed an extension before i left for China the 9th of April... Allow yourself about 5 days for all this to be on the safe side..If this has allready been posted I can't find it..So thought would let everyone know how it's done the legal way..(no butts in trouble with our dear .gov or uscis...
