Anyone filing AOS from New York City?

 

Just sent ours by mail today. According to processing time in the local office, it says it takes 720 days till approval.

 

Did E-file the I-765 last week and the $120 was already drawn out from my account...

ADIT processing: in person at local Las Vegas BCIS 10/01/03

GREEN CARD received: by mail 11/03/03

File I-751 to remove conditiional status: 06/17/05

Just received our letter from the Indianapolis office that our interview date is set for Nov. 20th at 8 AM. We feel so lucky. So soon I can get SSN for my step daughter. I did not file EAD for her did not want to waste the money knowing that I can get her SS card when she gets green card. Ella got SSN with temp. EAD card.

Eric's case is simliar with ours.

It's seems the process is so slow in LA comparing to other cities.

We had gotten suggestions to add a post-visa activities timeline to K1K3, and Rene & I had been working on it off and on but not making that much progress since neither of us had gotten that far. Then I serendipitously came across this thread! It's been really helpful to look at the sample timelines to construct the databse schema.

 

Can someone take a look at our prototype schema and tell us if there is anything missing or wrong? Or just any other suggestions on additions or modifications? All the 'blank' columns are suppose to have dates in them, and all the date columns are optional.

Just checked on the Atlanta BCIS web site. Still processing applications received June 26, 2001. Same as they were three weeks ago.

As of December 30, Atlanta is still processing applications received July 9, 2001. Same as they were on December 15. Did they close for the holidays?
