My case was transferred from nsc to csc but no problems to report. It was a little over a month before I heard anything after the case was transferred. See my time line.

If your income is over the 125% limit you do not need to provide bank statements, But you may need the income verification. It should be on letter head. Maybe you could get a friend, co-worker or relative to get the form and overnight it if they will not fax it. They may not even ask for it but get if you can just in case. T

I work for an insurance co so I see what can happen. True, small amounts of water won't hurt it but if water gets under the top layer it can cause trouble. With hard wood floors water can be a problem too but between the two I think pergo can be more of a problem w/a large water leak. It takes a longer time for the hardwood to absorb water giving more clean up time if necessary. Pergo does look nice and is easy to install, thats true.

PERGO WARNING: It is phony wood flooring, something like laminated partical board. pergo is not very water resistant. Serously, it can be ruined by water real eazy. If water gets under it, it is ruined.

My wife reminded me of a funny one. While in Thailand last year as we were preparing to depart (from each other). I said to her "I will miss you" she responded "Me too" So I said something like "you will miss you too?" Last night she refreshed my memory me of that conversation. How could she remember that from last year? I can hardly remember what we talked about last week.
