So what you are saying is to apply for SSN under her maiden name then get marriage certificate, then adjust status for Social Security to correct the name? Do any married couples who the wife keeps her maiden name and not use the husbands last name? If that is the case do we still need to adjust? And after all that's done, do we just wait for Green Card? Also she will not be able to travel out of USA until Green card arrives right?

Hello Everyone, thank you everyone in the past that answered my questions regarding the K1 process in bringing my Fiancee over to the States. We just got back Saturday 3/20. We are so jet lagged right now. My question is what do I do at this point. I know one thing is to get married withing 90 days. What do I need to fill out for Green Card? Hello all! I am getting ready to head to China for my wedding. I need to bring a substantial amount of money. What do most people do? I really feel uncomfortable carrying a lot of money on me. In the past I would carry lots of $100 bills. Do China banks or exchange places accept $500 or $1000 bills? or can China banks act like an ATM machine where I can withdraw money? Thanks, Vinny

Hi all, My Fiancee recently passed and got her Visa. We want to know if we go to Hong Kong to take our Flight to USA, does she have to fill out paper work to get a Visa to cross into Hong Kong? Also, does she have to immediately fly to US or can we stay in HK for like a week or so? Thanks Vinny

Hello, My Fiancee will have her interiew Tuesday. (knock on wood). She already did her medical checkup and has the sealed envelope in hand. The doctors did tell her that there is one shot that she will need to do assuming she passes the interview. She is wanting to know if she passes the interview and go get the shot, will the shot be done immediately because she wants to do everything at the same time and doesn't want to travel back to Guangzhou. Also will the medical shot require her passport or something? Thanks, Vinny

Also on the day of medical checkup does anyone know if she must FAST (not eat) before the checkup? Sorry she getting nervous and so am I : )

Hi, my fiancee just sent out the P3 package and now waiting for P4. I believe she needs to pay some fee to the Citic Bank in China and get a receipt to bring with her to the interview. Can she do that anytime? Also, when P4 arrives, I assume she will need to go do her medical checkups. Should she do her checkup before the interview? She is saying she has to travel far to do her medical and wants to know if she can just do it all on one day. Finally, she has to pay a fee around $445 US on the day of the interview am I correct?
