  1. Thank you for answering my question. Yes I believe is an F1 Visa. Since i'm on this topic, I do have another question. Is there a way to sponsor my brother-in-laws son (7 year old) to the USA?
  2. Hello Everyone, My Nephew from China (Wife's side) is currently an exchange student in Los Angeles. Is there a way we can go through legal process to have him stay in the USA? He is my Sister-in-Laws son. My wife is a Permanent Resident and I'm from the USA. Any info would greatly appreciated. Best Regards, Vinny and Qing

  8. Hey Everyone, Been awhile since I posted anything. I think i posted this at one point. My Wife and I live in the State of South Carolina. She has yet to get her Driver's Permit. Your pretty much disabled if you can't drive. The state does not offer the test in any other language except English and last I check, no interpreters. Anyone have any suggestions? The two States that do offer the test in Chinese is right beside us. North Carolina and Georgia but I think you have to have residency in that state to qualify. Thanks, Vinny
  9. Thanks. So in cases like this. Did I do it wrong on the form? Should I have said a lesser value? or is it really not preventable ? Thanks,
  10. Hi All, I recently shipped out some American Ginseng to China. It was for my Wife's Parents. I had to fill out a Custom Declaration Form. The value of the goods I say it's about $1,000 but I only wrote $550. I marked it as a gift. I was kinda rushing through as the USPS was closing for the day. I have been notified from family in China that Customs is holding my goods. Tax reasons? i'm not sure yet. Did I do something wrong in filling out the form or do Custom's have the right of holding the goods? Thanks, Vinny
  11. Thanks Dan I will book it like we do for China
  12. Ok so US Citizens and Green Card holders do not need a Visa to enter Mexico. So do I still book a flight using the Chinese Passport name, her maiden name or Book flight using Green Card name? We do need to show both China Passport and Green Card. What you think? Thanks, Vinny
  13. Oh one more thing. Do I need to apply for a Visa for my Wife? and myself? or will US Passport and China Passport work for entering Mexico? Thanks, Vinny
  14. Hi All, I am wondering if anyone can answer this question for me. My Wife and I are planning a trip to Mexico by Flight. She is still holding China Passport and Green Card. So when I am booking flight for her do I use same method as I do when booking a flight to China? Because on Chinese Passport she still use her Maiden Name but on Green card it's the Married Name. Thanks, Vinny and Qing
  15. Yes Randy the old passport looks like is Voided. They punched a hole through it. I do have another question. My Wife is still using her Chinese Passport to go back to China. Her Passport did go through the washer but looks overall in good condition. Will she have a problem in the USA? She said she will fix her Passport when she gets back to China. Thanks
  16. Hey All, So my baby's new US Passport has arrived because the old one got washed. The old one had a Chinese Visa that is still good until Sept 2014. The Visa still looks in very good shape. So I have the old and new passport. Do I need to still apply for a new Chinese Visa even if I have the old Passport with the Chinese Visa still intact? Thanks, Vinny
  17. Hey All, Baby is born in USA. Wife is from China and she is holding her 10 year green card. Visa that the baby has doesn't expire until Sept of 2014 and it is a Multi Entry valid for 120 days. I assume the baby can only stay no more than 120 days. Also we had a slight problem on the last trip when we came back to the states. The passports went in the washer. The baby passport just has some wrinkles but overall looks good. Will we have to still get a new Passport if everything still looks pretty good on it? Thanks, Vinny
  18. Just looked and baby's passport shows a Visa with 'M' for Entry and must use by Sept 2014
