Wife has 10 year Green Card and Baby is US Citizen.

Hey Everyone, My wife and baby would like to travel to China for the New Years. They still have the Chinese Visa that does not expire until Sept of 2014. I assume they do not need to apply for another Visa? Thanks, Vinny

HI all, We just got back to the USA. My wife washing clothes washed my passport and her passport. It's still viewable but you know how it looks after it is washed. Do I need to redo everything? Thanks, Vinny

Well we went there at around 8:10am this morning. The security officers asked if we had an appointment. I told them no and she said they can't see us. I told her that the next appointment time is on the 20th of Sept and that is the same time as my wife's flight. She insisted she will have to have an appointment then she asked what we had and saw it was for Biometrics. The other officer there said he'll go check but they may turn you away. So when he came back he said come in they will do it this time. Thank goodness. So Biometrics is done! Anyone know what is next? I hope they don't have to call her again as my wife won't be back for 4 to 5 months. Thanks guys! Vinny

Hi Everyone, Okay so I am helping a Monk from Laos file for US Citizenship. He is holding Green Card for awhile and expires in July 2014. Does anyone know if there is a special form I need to use for them or do I use the same N400 form like I would use if I filed for my Wife? Thanks, Vinny

Hey Everyone, So I received the Notice where my Wife's green card is extended 1 year after filing for the I-751 form. It said on the form about getting fingerprints at ASC. But then it saids Note: Conditional Residents WILL NOT Receive an ASC appointment notice. So I figured were good until green card arrives. So today I receive the notice for biometics on 10/2. I already booked flight to China on 9/20. Anyone know what to do? I send back to reschedule and put a note on it do you think they will reschedule after she comes back in 5 months? hmmm Thanks, Vinny and Qing

Hi, So I just noticed my Wife's name on the past 2 years of tax returns has her name mispelled by one letter. They have it as SuQuing instead of SuQing. What can I do to fix this or will this be an issue sending the Tax Transcripts in with the I-751? Thanks, Vinny

Hey Dan or anyone, I just spoke to my Travel Agency in NYC and they told me about this new Invitation Requirement. Once I get the Invitation, do you know where I would apply for the Chinese Visa? Yes I live in South Carolina. Anyone know why they putting restrictions like they did during the Olympics back in 08? Thanks, Vinny

Hi, We plan on visiting China later on this year. We usually order our plane tickets and get the Chinese Visa done at the same time. Can we apply for the Chinese Visa before we buy plane tickets? If so, Where do we send our US Passports to get that done? Thanks, Vinny

Hello Everyone, I'm filling out the I-751 for my wife. Her 2 year Green Card is about to expire in a couple of months. What do I put where it saids Alien Registration Number (A-Number) and I assume where it saids Conditional Residence Expires on...is the Expiration Date of the Green Card? Thanks, Vinny and SuQing

Thank you Dan and Congratulations to your Wife. The reason I am asking is because my Wife had no problem leaving the States, flying to HK, and into Mainland China. Problem was coming home. She was stopped at Shenzhen, China crossing over to HK because they were questioning her Last Name on Chinese Passport and Green Card. The Green Card will allow her to cross back into HK. They questioned her again at HK International Airport because the of the Last Name. Plane ticket showed her Maiden Name and Green Card well you know. She was actually pulled to the side for questioning.
