    Need Help

My wife also gets a little depressed, she is at home all day, while i work. She chats on QQ to other woman here in the states. We have met a few of them, and this is good ,they actually gone to the mall, just the girls(without us husbands dragging along with them).she enjoyed that.also has a friend, about 70 miles away and we are planning to see them. Its important that our wifes have other friends to talk with, hang out with, its a real culture shock, and easy to become depressed. jimi
  2. I flown China Eastern, and also Air China,Air China Is different than China Air? Anyway all the chinese flights i been on were great,The American airlines suck,i been on the Delta flights, exspensive and its crap. and the Flights within USA you have to take to get to China, like if your flying from Tampa to LA....then onto Shanghai.....they will nickel and dime you....8 bucks for a sandwich....and now they even charge you for the blanket and pillow, when your freezing your ass off.what next...charge to use the toilet? jimi
  3. When I spoke to her, she did not give me this percentage. I am sure there is a number, but her interests were case by case and not a quota system. The difficulty for her would seem is the reality of so many fraudulent cases in China. Kind of reminds me of the all the negative cig ads lately. You knowing run a unit that has one of the highest level of fraudulent cases.......you as the person-in-charge, what would you do? Let everyone pass.....it is like believing that everyone that comes to CFL has a bon a fide case. It is simply not reality..... Okay, I am sorry for the soap box, since I came into this process reading all the negative decisions and almost buying into the thought that you simply have to be lucky..... Let me rephrase that a little bit - If you DO have a bona fide relationship and you are given a blue or white slip ANYWAY, that is a life-changing amount of BAD luck. Read the article - the UC admits that mistakes are made, and that petitioners are given the opportunity to re-group and file another petition. In my opinion, it's all in the presentation - a carefully assembled petition/application which presents a picture of a loving couple, a relatively well-to-do petitioner, and a perky beneficiary make all the difference in the world. If something catches the VO's eye, or the beneficiary hasn't had her figurative cup of coffee yet, well, the luck may just not be there. Yes, you have to be lucky - some people are not. I just posted my wife's "pink" result in the results thread, so if you see it there, you'll see that my wife's behavior was 'perky' as Randy used it here in this thread. I didnt use the word perky, but if you read my thread, you'll see she was perky and VERY confident. unfortunetly not everyones "perky"............ they are not going for a job interview. Its an interview to show proof there is a bona fide relationship going on between two people....i don't think "perky" has anything to do with a bona fide relationship......i do understand the concept an example a beautiful woman and a ugly woman both go for the same job interview of course the beautiful woman will get the job over the ugly woman....but this isnt a job interview.......it should be based on the facts presented to the VO. 4. I know this has probably been asked a million times before, but what is a cheap way to call China from a cell phone. My wife has a cell phone from China and i will probably just get a Sims card from AT AND T or something, but to call to china on these cell phone plans like AT AND T is expensive. thanks for any info Jimi
  5. Hate is taught....when i went to visit a Russian girl that i was writing to,before i met my wife.I got to see first hand what it will do to you, when hate is taught to you ,see my Russian friend was muslim, she was the sweetest woman i ever met(beside my wife)until you brought up the word "Jews" and at times i thought i would have to call in a priest to perform an exorcism, for real thats how ugly she became, the hate she would spew, was frightening.see, she was taught at a young age to hate the jews, and she carrys this hate with her today. When I was growing up,my parents said the "N" word, but when i became a father,i taught my son to love others, all races.I live here in the South, there is still Racism, but in my opinion i think it has gotten better, unfortunetly,we will never rid the world of hate,it is a nice ideal, but hate will always be here.Teach our children not to hate,by being an example is a place to start. jimi
  6. I have another dumb question,do Chinese cell phones need to be unlocked like American phones (to be used with a different carrier).also i know most american cell phones only work on one band, unless you get a tri band cell.but i heard the chinese cell phones are multi band(can work in different countries).I ask because my wife has a really nice cell phone, and she wants me to just exchange the SIMS card, but i am not sure it will work. Jimi
  7. well i finally got it to connect (dont ask me how),but it said restricted, its connected to internet, but wont recieve anything,i checked the firewall ,it is acting as if the firewall wont let anything in,but her firewall is in the middle setting.of course everything in chinese,is making it quit difficult to diagnose.
  8. hi everyone, my wife is finally here, life is sweet. I am trying to set her computer up, her computer is in chinese, and for the live of me,i can not figure out why it wont connect to the internet.I have brighthouse,no passwords or anything required, just plug in and go.hers will not go.we have the same computer which was installed wit vista, but she had it changed to chinese, has now the xp installed.I cant even find on her computer"network"where you can go in and set up an internet connection, she has the wireless, which does connect to a wireless connection, but the signal is weak.anyone know what is wrong. thanks for your help
  9. Picking up my Wife in New York, coming in from Chongqing to bring her to her new home in Sunny Florida. jimi
  10. I saw this a few months back, but it almost sounded a bit like anti america crap, because the next episode that came on after that, was "mega disasters", what would "America" look like if there was a drought,a global warming etc,etc....and of course i got the feeling...what? this could only happen to big bad America....like the Global warming propaganda film some years back "the day after tomorrow",and of course one had to laugh when big bad America is now being punished for polluting the world...but Mexico did not get affected at all by this global warming.Back to this show, yeah there are some Bridges in need of repair, some roads in need of repair, but they picked out a few bad bridges out of hundreds of bridges in America that are in fine condition.
  11. My Wife got a denial on her k3 a year ago,did the CR1 and she passed,She also has the hard time with english,I went to the ACH,and requested that my wife have her interview in Chinese, and told him she would be really nervous,he said no problem, but did ask a lot of questions to me(at ACH)how do we communicate.I told him my wife was going to english school,he was happy to hear. Also,I addressed the issue of our communication, how we communicate, in my "evolution of relationship"letter.Good Luck in your wifes interview. Jimi
  12. My Wife was a Manager in a Clothing factory.
  13. what is the cost for an extra bag?the Air China website does not say,and my wife heard you can bring 3 bags of luggage,if your a new immigrant to USA?I wrote an email to Air China customer service, lets see how good their customer service is. Jimi
  14. Hi, does anyone know how many bags my wife is allowed to check in on "Air China" to USA.? thanks Jimi
  15. Keep in mind this is not a failed K-1, this was a case where a K-3 was denied while NVC still had the approved I-130 for CR-1 visa, and Heyjimi simply started the second visa process moving, GUZ denied the K-3 but they approved the CR-1 the denied K-3 was based on. I would simply get wife over here on CR-1 get her green-card, and then in writing explain what happened with the K-3. USCIS should then close the K-3 case. Yes I am familiar with heyjimi's case. I guess the only point I was trying to make is for him not to be worried as the USCIS's system(s) are slow to catch up. Since he has to file for the lifting of conditions later, it is probably best to cancel it when she gets here to avoid any possible problems down the road. Hey thanks guys, yeah I was just concerned if I had to address this k3,even though my wife was approved CR1. I don't think we will have any conditions to remove, she will be arriveing in USA 2 1/2 weeks, and it will be more than 2 years we were married,I believe she will get the 10 year green card,I could be wrong. thanks for all the advice. Jimi
  16. Today I get in my email box,an email from USCIS,that my I 129F has finally made it to them for review(11 months after my wifes denial). My wife passed her CR1 interview in June, and will be here in usa in 2 1/2 weeks. My question is,what do I do with this I129F,not much sense in it,as my wife passed second time around with the CR1,do i ignore it,pay no mind to it,or cancel it. ??? thanks, Jimi
  17. Go to see all the pink happening !!!! congratulations
  18. congratulations !!!!!!
  19. Congratulations !!!!!! good to see all the pink happening. Jimi
  20. Yeah,my wife did the same stuck the relationship letter in passport, and yes....if you do this, make sure your girl knows everything in the letter, for us..they asked my wife about my passport......"did you know your husband has been to Russia in the past?and my wife told them why i went to Russia. Also in my relationship letter,i spent much time on how we communicate, and i was honest,i said my wife and i speak, some english, some chinese, hand held translator, sign langauge, whatever it took to communicate, weve done it,i told them my wife was going to english school, and we practiced her english on Yahoo/skype 4 nights a week. The VO i had at ACH was happy to hear my wife was going to english school,so i think if you can show you two are communicating, you should be fine.
