  1. Ron, I'm guessing cerebral hemorrhage's posts were pulled by a moderator.
  2. Ron, I chose to put dollar amounts in each of the fields. I think it just looks bad to put $0; however, CFL members have put only income and the result was a successful outcome.
  3. Well in my experience petitions are frequently sent to other service centers. I filed in Texas but was transferred to California. Since Vermont is the fastest service center, I would not see it as bad news.
  4. I have read somewhere on here that three years of income tax return copies are needed for the interview. Will I be okay if I just have 2005 tax return copies? I also have found my 2004 w-2s that I can submit. I will also have 12 months of bank statements, letter from bank, retirement savings summary and employment letter. Will this suffice to meet burden of sponsorship? Should I include copy of mortgage/deed information on our house? Thanks!
  5. Jean-Charles, you need to prepare yourself for up to a 90 day wait for it to arrive at Guz. It stinks, but it "is what it is." Look at my timeline and you will see how long ours took. Prepare for 90 days and maybe you'll be pleasantly surprised with it only taking 60-80 days. : ) I think ours was around 74 days getting to Guz. Sirlancelot, I too have recommended people PM you about tracking DHL shipments. If you start charging, I want a bird dog fee. :::smiling::: ;)
  6. I'm wishing you good luck... It sounds like things are looking better for you now. : ) I predict a visa issuance prior to Christmas. : )
  7. It is always wonderful to receive such good news. CONGRATULATIONS!
  8. CONGRATULATIONS!!! : ) I had hoped to have my SO here by Christmas when we filed our petition last March, but it did not work out that way. I may be in China for Christmas, but I will be returning home alone.
  9. Paula has definitely had to endure more than necessary. Paula, I hope your case has a successful outcome very soon. I used to call the numbers to DOS and the fee number at Guangzhou, but it frustrated me so that I finally just quit calling.
  10. Ron, I think it is mainly making an educated guess. In my opinion it can be an exercise in futility, but everyone wants to do something and this allows one to feel they have some knowledge of what is going on. I had some of our nice friends on Candle that kept me informed on what the status of what they believed to be my package was. I appreciated their providing me with the information and I think they were right on the money with their info as it related to my case.
  11. Hey everybody, My fiancee received the P3 yesterday. We are so very excited!!!! : ) : ) I hope the other August transfers to Guangzhou get theirs this week, too. Juette
  12. SmilingPaul, Thanks for sharing this imformation. I sure hope you are right and that our SOs get the P3's very soon. My SO's birthday is on 11/4 and the P3 would be a wonderful birthday present for her and also a joyous occasion for me, too. Juette
  13. Ron, I'm glad to see that you are back on track. : )
  14. NewDay, you better find yourself a hobby because you have quite a bit of waiting to do. I'm experienced at waiting by now. I just try to stop thinking about it and just plan my next trips to visit my SO.
  15. Congratulations!!!!! : ) Hopefully, you will be in and out of NVC in two weeks and your file on its way to Guangzhou.
  16. Hey, well maybe they are starting to speed up the AR process. I had always thought they picked cases randomly for AR. Hang in there Ron! I think you are over the hump now and I'm thinking that all of our cases will start speeding up after this virtual standstill.
  17. None from early or mid-August have arrived in Guangzhou that I am aware of either.
  18. I agree with David on this and I think the 30 days sitting in a warehouse is a conservative estimate. It seems that everyone needs to plan on 90 days or more from NVC until case being logged in at Guangzhou. I have no idea why it is taking longer now, but if you look at current timelines... that is how long it is taking.
  19. Ron, I swear you have the same luck as I do. I fear that this will slow you down for several months or more, but it seems that we all hit snags somewhere in this process. I just hate that this is your second snag... I remember that you also got held up at USCIS an inordinate amount of time. Hang in there guy and keep positive thoughts because I know that Yonghua is counting on you.
  20. Another member here waiting on my file to get to Guangzhou from NVC. Our file left NVC on 8/11. If anyone gets the P3 anytime soon, please post and let us know. I could use some good news. : )
  21. Does my SO need my completed I-134 when she returns the P3? I'm reading conflicting information on this. Or does she just need the I-134 at time of interview? I have read that the I-134 does not need to be dated older than 45 days. We filed k-1 fiancee visa. Someone please advise me. Thanks!
  22. I agree that this guy is a total jerk and it looks like he broke several laws in this tangled morass he embarked upon; however, I wouldn't hold my breath that he will ever be prosecuted for any of this.
