1. Ok my fiancé has been suggesting to me that we should get married in China. She thinks someone has lost our case and she thinks her background check will never be completed. She has completely lost hope and feels that getting married will solve this black hole somehow. Yes I have tried to explain to her that even if we cancel the K1 and file a K3, she will more then likely be stuck in the next background check just like now. I hate the idea of throwing away all this time we have waited or will have waited and starting all over again. I also hate to throw away all the information that the VO will see on the computer when they look at our case. Numerous Senator/Congressman inquiries at least show that I care about my relationship enough to jump through these hoops. I do not want to cancel K1 YET! In January her background check will be one year old. We have talked more about this and have decided that in March during the end of the Spring Festival we will get married. If her background check hasn't been completed by March, then we will cancel the K1 and move forward. That will be 14 months waiting for background and think that's long enough. I could have rowed a boat to China, performed a background check, and rowed back in less time. Someone is not doing their job and I'm PIZZED! I honestly don't know what to do. I hate this process so bad and I'm going crazy. I have wiped out my entire timeline because I am now paranoid that a vengeful VO may try to sabotage our interview because of what I may say on CFL. I know it's nonsense, but at this point, I trust no one. Sometimes I open my big mouth say exactly how I fell about a VO that denies someone for no apparent reason. It disgusts me. Our entire US Gov disgusts me. Anyway what I would like to know is what exactly do I need for paperwork to get married in China. I have a certified single Certificate and divorce paper. Do I only need my most recent divorce paper? My Single Cert was done in Sept of 2005. Is that expired? Thanks much!
2. Seems like a stupid question by the VO. You did not marry in China because you filed a K1. Duh!
3. My friend who also went through this same denial bs was told by king that 2 months is the deadline to present your case or it will be sent back to uscis
4. "Excuse me Sir. I have a certain amount of blue slips, Ooops i mean speeding tickets, to give out today. Even though I have no proof of you speeding, here's a ticket anyway. Go to court and fight it if you don't agree. Cya". Ok.
5. How about some evidence of fraud, rather then throwing out denials because they have a "feeling".
6. I have a friend who has a fiance that was also denied. He paid King 5k to fight the denial. The result was not good. Case was sent back to USA. King's office advised my friend to return to China and marry his fiance. He was told the chances for success were very high. Since the original battle was not a success by King's office, the original 5k was applied to the work that would be done on the K3. His services are not cheap, but I think it was very good that his office carried over the fee's that were paid. I also warned my friend that the K1 MUST be settled with or there will be problems down the road with the K3. King's office seemed to think that it's no problem and not to worry.
7. This is a prime example of a VO with a GOD complex. A VO with no accountibility of his actions. It's wrong and it needs to stop! Frankly, we have far too little information to make such a harsh accusation. I understand the emotions of those caught up in black holes but it is counterproductive to throw mud without all the facts. GOD COMPLEX GOD COMPLEX GOD COMPLEX GOD COMPLEX. You haven't seen mud thrown by me yet. You want some? And don't be accusing me of mud slinging just because i'm stuck in a black hole! I would be just as pissed off either way

10. Some of the timelines I am seeing in this discussion scare the hell out of me. I'm sorry our government is putting you all through so much pain and frustration. hang in there.
11. This is what I also believe.. USCIS will have an IBIS check performed at the service centers. NVC will have an NCIC check performed for the consulate. I said it was on the beneficiary, therefore the chinese national... but the name check is run by NVC, as the link I provided focuses on. It doesn't matter how long ago NVC sent the file to GUZ... Even another name check can be triggered off DS-230 information. Once a request is made, it leaves GUZs hands and can be circulating various agencies [in the US] and it's very difficult at times to know who has it and who is waiting on what. All we know is that GUZ has no control over it and they are waiting too... 237081 So, there is really nothing I can do but wait? David, the FBI Security name check number on the link you provided is no longer valid. It is a number to some business office. I want to be proactive and make sure my case does not go in the "black hole". If it does, then to resolve it asap. Thanks 237099 Trust me if there was a way to speed up the background process, I would have found it. I have contacted everyone from the president to the neighborhood garbage man. The part the sucks the most is that no one on this god's green earth can tell you if the background check will be completed in one more week or one more year.
