Yes - almost every Chinese DVD I have is Region 0 (region free) and can be played on any player. The VCD's don't have the region encoding. Most of the Japanese or Chinese made players will play those, but the American players may not.

If their IP is a local number like 192.168.x.x or 10.x.x.x, then the IP used at the other end would be that of the internet gateway for the school (i.e., a single IP address).

Another thing that I don't think I've seen mentioned here is that the EAD card would be your first picture ID issued by the Federal government. It's a little more important than some people seem to give it credit for, unless you're fortunate enough to get the green card within the 90 days.
