You will need a GUZ number to notify the Consulate - the GUZ number would be on the notice from NVZ that your petition has been forwarded to the Guangzhou consulate. It may be forwarded to Guangzhou if you don't get it canceled in time.

If she doesn't have a green card, she will need EAD. Without one or the other, she cannot legally work. If she has one or the other, it's a good idea to go right to the Social Security Office and get a new social security card with the "Now valid for Work" statement removed. Technically, one can legally work before having that statment removed from the card, but many employers will object if it's there and require that you get a clean SSN card. The SSA won't remove it until she has a green card. It's basically meaningless, since she DOES need DHS authorization, but some companies don't like to see it none-the-less.

It shouldn't be any problem if she can produce the EAD card within 90 days (she can). But the company isn't required to allow her to work. If you still want to try, show them the NOA1 from the EAD application.

If it's there at the interview, it can be given to the VO if he asks for it(this probably will NOT happen). If he asks for it in a blue slip, it can be mailed in right away. Just be ready.

Yes - the issue is the same. A scammer could divorce her husband and marry an American with the goal of re-uniting with her husband once in the US. what happens is that they ask for the information with a blue-slip. You are expected to send the information later by mail, or at another appointment. They sometimes will not look at material at hand, preferring the blue-slip method. If you send the material before it is asked for, it will possibly raise suspicions.

This is off-season there. Anywhere around DisneyWorld is dirt cheap $24 and up. My favorite when I used to take my son to Disneyworld was Masters Inn Maingate @ $45. We may stay for a week if we can make plans with others.
