1. So at this point in time, have we came up with this new decease yet
2. What??? How did you come to that conclusion??? That's a mighty big conclusion to come from with the information the original post had in it 223498 In the US, one has to wait a long time for the doctor (even with appointment). If one needs emergency care in the weekend or after hours at hospitals, then one may get a doctor who is an intern. Only when a person has a new disease, then this person may get attention from many doctors. 223517 Since he payed less than 1000 RMB, I am concluding he/she was in China, not USA. Even if they were in the USA, that was still not enough information to conclude it was a "NEW DECEASE" Think about it B)
3. I have a question that has been bothering me from the start of this process. What happens after the Ten Year Green Card Expires??? How is it really over after our wives, or husbands receive them??? If it is only good for ten years, is it really over??? I can only conclude that they are expected to have "Naturalized" by the end of 12 years. How long does it take to Naturalize after they arrive??? I know they have to apply in someway, and I know there is a history test involved. Mind you the youth of this country hasn't had any kind of clue as to who was president, when, for decades now. Nor can they tell you what major advents formed this country, nor can they actually count change anymore. Forgive me, I digress Back to my original question, what happens after the 10 year green card???

5. Up untill 30 days after you marry. Or wait untill next years open season. That would be when you civilians renew your policy. It is bullsh-t they need a SSN #. Tell the person that laughed at you if he ever does it again you will see to it he is fired. Ask him why he doesn't know enough about his job, to see that the workers like you don't get screwed. That's just my opinion
6. I always thought the old passports were bragging rights on your travels It would be shame if they started keping the old ones.
7. Sounds like a good start Wishing you the best of luck on your upcoming journey
8. Or maybe you could discuss being ready to leave after the interview. Have all of her loose ends tied up. Meet her in Guz a day or two early. Then travel to see the family and bring her home. That is what I'm planning. You said you have 4 weeks, think about it. Whatever you decide, best of luck to you.
9. What's the old joke about,,,,,,,,How many Chins are there in a Chinese phone book?????? Not trying to be racial here, just realistic. B)
10. Sixteen months shy of a couple of days. 483 days Don't envy me. Use my case as a standard. I've said more than one time on this site already. I feel they let everybody get through one of the stages quickly. I feel they make sure they all take a similar amount of time. Some get through one or the other first stages quickly. They all work out in the wash,,as is life. Patience is a virtue B) Too bad it isn't one of mine
11. Fellas, just remember, my wife has a very rare name B)
12. I read this initial thread a day or so ago. I skim read it. I decided not to read the replies. Now after a couple of days of seeing it being responded to, I decided to reply. I just want to be with someone that loves me as much as I love them It's that simple, nothing else
13. It is a form meant to be filled out by Chinese SO. I looked at it. I think there is a space for everything to be filled out in both languages, pinyin, and telegraphic code. Don't take short cuts on these last stages forms. From what I saw it is basically the same questions as on the Form G-325A However, it has the spaces for the different forms of communication. The part I don't understand. If the Vo is viewing the case for the first time, isn't this information a bit too late to do any good? Signed, Just a thought
14. Cross your fingers, call again tomorrow. maybe you got one of the trainee's Good luck to you Lou and So B)
15. Congratulations on the visa I hope the rest of your journey is as smooth B)
16. Hank, sorry to hear of your temporary delay. hang tuff,,it's only a matter of a little time,,and a document or two. She'll get it
17. Notice the "483 days" from start to interview thing
18. Ob, Times have changed. The I-130 approval days seem to have gone back to it's old ways again. No more 2 week approvals and your on your way to NVC. His 129 is faster, forget the CR-1. I agree with Jim, GZ is the last place to get info on what's happening in GZ. You need to call DOS. You get accurate info from a live human being with a name vs. a response that's copy and pasted out of FAQ from the GZ website that won't answer your question anyways, and may even confuse you even more. Good Luck. 219370 I believe this line was in the original post. I was just trying to clear up some of his confusion. As for I130 approval, mine was over 7 months,,not a few days. "I was even told yesterday by a DOS Visa expert that P3 are sent from NVC not the Embassy"[/
19. The P3 is only sent out from NVC, if you are doing the I-130, the straight CR-1. If you are doing the fianc¨¦e visa, K1, or the K3,,it will be mailed from GUZ.
