I got an email from Ms. Harty's assistant about the move of the consulate so I called her for clarification. She informed me that when they do move they are going to be bringing more help to hopefully not lose any time and if anything pick up some of the slack. Don't know how truthful she was but we will have to see. I will keep in touch with her as she is Ms. Harty's assistant and maybe she has an inside track to her also. I will let you know if I find out anything else from her. Bill

Dan, you sound like a goverment employee. How do you get complaining when as I stated I questioned, not complained, there is a very big difference. I only asked for some clarification, I did not complain or say it was a bad thing at all. Bill

If we could get everyone to send her an email questioning this maybe something will get done about it, or at least get some kind of reasoning for it. I have not gotten any nor do I expect a response from just one person emailing her. Bill

I sent an email to Ms. Harty asking for some clarification of the "new" procedure of gettting the visas. Still waiting for a response back. Somehow I really do not expect one. Bill

Steve, I was under the impression that only the fiance in China gets the P3 for a K1 visa. I have never heard of anyone else getting one sent to them, only their SO. I am sure there are many people that have all the answers for you, but that is the best I can do. Bill
