I have been presented with the opportunity to submit an arctile to the American Bar Associaition International Section, regarding US-China Immigration law and policy. I think it is a great time to get some of our grievance with the process across. Of course, I know first hand what some of those grievances are, but I would like input from CFLers. He already packed up before the interview. Aaargh~ His family is from Harbin and spent a few days with them before the interview as well....Argh!

Quite a quick timeline!

Well I already lost $500 by buying a ticket from GUZ to JFK on the 25th, before I was aware of the new crappy visa pick-up procedures. Now we are going to wait until hubby has his visa in hand until we book his ticket, problem is that there are so few seats available. Since we have to fly through Beijing anyways, and he is from Beijing, I told him to just go back to Beijing and he can fly out of there. His interview was the 23rd, will China Post have his visa ready on the morning of the 25th?

Hubby passed the interview! He had the "black pearl", and much to our benefit! She was enthralled with our romance story and details about how I speak Chinese and how we met! He said the interview was lightening fast and he plans on picking up the visa on the 25th! To God be the Glory! Praise God!!
