I would like to add to what keelec posted. We do tend to over react sometimes when a child is involved. If he is guilty castration is not enough. But... I have an aquaintance that was arrested for molesting his 12 year old stepdaughter. I couldn't believe it as i have met the whole family. He has just about lost everything fighting this aquisation. It turns out that his stepdaughter was po'd cos she could not have her own cellphone. But here in the community he was already guilty. However he is not a convicted child molester or felon. But his wife and child do need help and i am proud of the way everyone here has joined in. I am very glad to be part of this forum. mark ps. I thought that felons cannot get a passport so i guess he never visited?

PKF, I have no more pages left and downloaded a form from a website. Send it to the gov office and they will add the visa pages...no charge unless you want to expedite it. Not sure about the renewing it. I don't have the url but i did a search on passports and it was on a site that would provide the service. The form is OMB 1405-0007. Hope this helps mark

hey Alex, Hang in there, there is an end in sight. I am also very frustrated and have just started this long process. I hope that you can reduce the stress. My laopuo worries alot about me and the stress that she knows that i have to endure. Like you moving to China would be almost impossible now. Hang in there and know that you have the support here. i was reading the posts about the toilet facilities and just had to ask this question. My LP, when we go to a hotel, will not use the towels there cos they are "dirty". She always uses her little towel, refuses to sit on the toilet seat, and is afraid that the sheets etc are also dirty. She told me once someone used her towel and she had to give it away or throw it away. Wow what will it be like here in the USA...Anyone want to buy a washer and dryer cheap?

MY Lao puo does not have a birth record...they were not issuing them when she was born. So far we got a letter from her schoolmaster stating her birth day and parents names. That is not very official. Any help on the topic will be greatly appreciated.

Sorry i meant the G-325a, background info, i looked at the wrong copy and yes the form is the I-129F. She has her household register and a passport but the instructions had some info on what to have if a birth record is not available. Sorry i am just getting used to all of this and the confusing gov forms.

Well I have sent the first set of forms but i messed up when i sent the I-130. I didn't fill out the DS-156k properly. Resent them to CSC in November. I guess it is now the long wait as CSC is still processing Sept 4 applications. Also my wife has no birth record cos of the cultural revolution. Any help on what we should do? We went to the middle school and got a paper from them but is that enough?
