egolessvegan
On the morning of January 7th my fiancee passed her interview. They asked her only 3 questions and did not ask for any documents or pictures. 1)How many times does your fiancee come to China?2)How do you and your fiancee communicate based on the fact that neither of you speak eachother's language?3)Do you plan to work in the US? Is this the quickest successful interview in history? I am glad how everything worked out. Good luck to all CFL members. Ken Link to comment

cosmiclobster
Chinglish, body language, charades, pocket translator, That's pretty funny!!!I'm sure some things can be expressed nonverbally but . . . . Your life together will be an interesting challenge!I'm amazed that the VO didn't require the dreaded video of a 5 minute conversation. You seem to have been amazingly lucky!! I wish you more good luck! Link to comment
melvin
Ken, That is great news for all of us that are in the same boat with wives that cannot speak English yet, I will pass this on to my wife and maybe we will have the same luck. Congrats and the best to you and yours. Melvin Link to comment
