  1. Never mind, I answered my own question, should not try and read so late. You were very helpful Dan!
  2. Thanks Dan, Yes the mother of the child is already a American Citizen, daughters green card was mailed to her along with SS card, they did not have any more paper work after she arrived. So she will just have to do one more forum for citizenship? Thanks Again.
  3. Hi everyone, I need someone to guide me to a citizenship link, A friend of mine, his step daughter has arrived, she can apply for citizenship when she arrived, her mother is citizen, which forum is used, she needs to do this before she is 18, age now 17. Thanks.
  4. Don't forget the Minivans/SUVs, the drive thru at McDonalds with double cheeseburgers, super size fries, diet cokes and strong sense of self entitlement. wow, De Nile is not just in Egypt!
  5. Just looked at this one (LOL), My thoughts many times but I just think em not write em..
  6. Tsap Thank you for asking, all is well, busy working and raising kids God hard to think that 10 years is coming up, it all goes by so fast, enjoy while we are here. My best to you and family.
  7. Oh my, when you made that statement to the lil' darlin' did you notice the sky suddenly get darker, and the cotton all around where you were takin' yore happy and very private mornin' constitutional quickly shrink down to nothing all around you? LOL Good luck buddy. Chiner wimmin is wonderful and the most most beautiful wimmin walkin' this here planet. I ain't writin' no books on Chinertuckian wimmins but if I can give you jes two simple things to remember about tryin' to set up and play house with a Chinertuckian woman... 1) Security 2) Do what you say, and say what you do Love? ...That sucker is so far down the list I run out of fingers and toes to tell you where it is in their mind. tsap seui Bingo!!
  8. Sunshine If this drags on much longer I would contact Marc Ellis. I had a friend that went thru some trouble trying to get their daughter here, it was always they needed something more ( Which they had everything including the kitchen sink) Anyway one letter from Marc and bingo, GZ said you have your visa.
  9. What ever happened to the Red Dragon you were speaking about? Sounds like very long odds .
  10. Be careful here. Remember the guideline of CFL is to show mutual respect. I know lots of Chinese men who are hard workers and take good care of their families. I know many American men who are dead beat dads. Chinese male bashing won't be tolerated. These men are your wife's brothers, fathers, uncles and nephews. What do you think she would say? She would say if he is a deadbeat tell the truth, And I still stand by the women work harder in China! So I will only speak nice things about every one!
  11. What I know of many sons in china is they sit on their lazy azz all day and drink, smoke and complain they can not find work. Sure was happy we had daughters, I find the women in china seem to work a lot harder than the men. I am sure some will disagree but I did see it with my own eyes
  12. Children HAVE been turned down for a visa if their parent(s) didn't accompany them to the interview - we even had one who was able to reverse the denial the sane day by arguing they WERE there, but hadn't been allowed in by the Chinese guards. Make sure your child has your passport, and places it on the counter where the VO can see it (if you are not allowed into the interview). The age has never been used as a reason for denial - the visa may be awarded up to the age of 21. The USCIS processes AOS applications, not the DOS - the consulate has always followed the law. (at least with regards to the age issue). The age 21 is a limit for admission to the US, and is no longer used as a reason for denial of AOS. I have a question for you, A friend of mine stepdaughter will have a visa interview on Aug 21, her mom is a US citizen, should they be there for interview? I know he would hate to have her turned down because parents were not there.( note her real father will take her but he has Chinese passport) She also just had to file a I864W so no taxes were needed would that be correct? My stepdaughter did the same thing but that was many years ago and things may have changed. Thanks
