As Chinese, I second this observation. The fact that most of Chinese Americans tend to vote for Clinton over Obama is a reflection of this. Personally, I have both good and experiences with African Americans, just as any other peoples. I always believe people are all the same deep down. -

I hope you used Skype to call. It charges 2.1c/min or 16c rmb. A 10 minute call is about 20 RMB. I called DOS today and was told that my case was still under Administrative processing. Is it the same as "loaded but not open"?
