Jing hi jing, you don't need to report it because it was done in guz as part of the exam. it was in the sealed envelope you received when you picked up the visa. you turned it in at the poe and it will be sent to your local uscis office.

Since the I-693 is sealed in an envelop, I wonder how are we going to report the tb test result? Anyway, all we can do now is to wait and see.

Dr. Arnold's office told me that they didn't want to record the tb test result for me on I-693. We got their sealed envelop tow days ago and mailed the package out to USCIS today. I have to say that Dr. Arnold's office was very efficient in handling this matter. They sent the result back via priority mail.

We spent 6 days, which was perhaps the best scenario. Day1: Arrived in GUZ. Day2: Physical Day3: Physical Result Day4: Interview Day5: Idle Day6: Visa in hand

The certificate and the seal are black and white. Someone in VJ suggested to paint pencil lead on the seal before copy. I'll give it a try tomorrow.

Do I need to copy all pages or just the bio page and the page with k-1 visa?

I wonder if I should write three separate cover letters and one each for I-485, I-131 and I-765. Also should I put them in three separate envelops and put them in a big post office envelop? Thanks.

Dale, if your medical exam was done prior to 5/30/08, then you don't need to get anything else other than the three in GUZ, prior to 6/30, you will need TB skin test in addition, and after that, you will need some additional vaccination shots. We just got our TB skin test back yesterday and we mailed the records to Dr. Arnold. Best, Jing

Is there an official rubric I can use for the translation of a birth certificate in Chinese? For example, the translation is true to the original and I (the translator) is fluent in both Chinese and English? Thanks for your help.

We got our TB skin test (they called it PPD) back today at the county health dept and it was 0 mm. That is good. The staff also told us that we needed get one more shot of MMR and chicken pot and two more of TD to complete the sequence. Are they necessary? Thanks.

Depending on the date of your medical exam, you may need to do a TB skin test and/or new vaccinations.

Congratulations. I do agree that Yang should have a better booking system. He took us to his aunt's apt in the evening when we arrived without notifying us the change. BTW, his aunt's place was not bad at all and she was very friendly, helpful and accomondating.
