  1. http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/I-864EZ.pdf I used I-864EZ because, my income was well above the line. (I did not need to use assets, or Joint sponsor, and was sponsoring one immigrant) Thanks, dnoblett! You have been a life saver all the time.
  2. We are filing out I-864 here. Couples of questions in the way: 1. Can we just hand in recent 3 years Tax Transcript? Or the W-2 and 1099 is a required document? 2. We have already obtained the letter from employer. Regarding to the Copies of Pay Stubs for the most recent 6 Months, is that a must? Thank you guys!
  3. Great news! Happy to see more and more people back with PINK! That's super!
  4. Congrats! Good luck to your life in US!
  5. Thanks Jim! I will look into the ticket soon. That's a great discount!
  6. Congratulations to the great result! Wish you a happy life together!
  7. First of all, many thanks to all the people on this forum, without you guys, our material preparation wouldn't be this bullet proof. Time: June 17th Duration: 7:15am to noon Skip all the waiting process, here goes the interview part: VO:hi me:hi VO: Are you still working for xx company? me:no, I resigned more than a year ago. VO:who filed the k1 for you? me: my honey, name captain caveman VO:When did you first meet? me:xxx VO:When did you start to date? me:3 years ago VO:Did he meet your parents? me: yeah VO:And his parents? me: for sure. Here are the photos. VO went through every page in the album. I also need to answer several questions about the photos. I think he was happy about all the big family photos. Well, that part was contributed by my honey. He said it's really important to have family photos, which show the serious in this relationship. VO: May I have the tax return? I gave him the tax return transcripts from 2005 to 2007. He took those papers. VO: Also I-134 please? Then he handed me the pink notice Congratulations, your visa is approved. B) PS. The killing part was the super long waiting before the final interview. We got there around 7am, and the line was a mess. The security guy told us it was useless to go upstairs early because the interview would move on according to the case number. so I gave up on stopping people getting in front of me. That security guy is a liar, Don't listen to that. I almost fainted in the waiting room because I didn't have any breakfast except a chocolate bar. Best wishes to you all! PINK!
  8. Congratulations! Time to open the wine. Cheers~~~~~~
  9. Congrats! Enjoy the new life in US
  10. I am so sorry about the blue. Wish you the best luck on the rest of the background check. When I was applying for the first travel visa I had the background check too because of my job, that took only 1 month. I hope you will hear something soon.
